I have been trying to try out this yoga spot here that is down the street from my house since January and I have yet to go yet because their accessibility is HORRIBLE! Google gives you two telephone numbers one that doesn't work and one that always goes to a voicemail. they have no website no schedule posted, its like they don't want any business

I've been loving coming to Adya for classes. All the instructors I have encountered so far are incredibly sweet, and I feel like a million bucks every time I leave the studio. There is small parking lot in the back of the building, everyone in the community seems welcoming and warm, and there are around 2-3 classes held every single day that you can easily sign up using the app. I'm definitely planning on keep coming back.

Dear Elizabeth the owner of the Adya Yoga & Ayurveda, I am leaving Adya Yoga & Ayurveda with a great memory. I would like to tell you and others that how deeply I am grateful for all supports and love that I received at your center in last two moths. Please accept my heartfelt thank you for very unique yoga classes with you and all other instructors. All of you are dedicated, kind and knowledgeable. Also, I will never forget all act of kindness and support that Stacy showed me. Stacy with deep understanding of how pain and medical issues impact human body has touched my heart with her endless compassion. I used to doing yoga in different places, but now due to my movement limitation what I experienced here was different since each teacher spends enough time in each position to provide safety cues and I felt positive vibration and had good feelings. I wish the Adya Yoga & Ayurveda the very best, Celina
