2 1/2 months waiting for a machine that was on recall switched companies to ABC. Still have no machine headgear falling apart Maskal together by tape a week ago they said they would rush it because they knew it was an emergency call today. They said they never said that. The manager hung up on me because I was angry.

for the past 1 year we have been trying to communicate with them for a machine and the staff are very rude and hang up when we ask them the status of the machine

These peoples at this company don't care if you get your order from them or not. Don't put no orders in with this company because you will not get. I am still waiting on my asthma machine every since 8:40 this morning and still haven't gotten it.

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. Was told my supplies were in the way on Aug 5/22. August 29 and still no supplies. C/S said they have been trying to contact me. Cell is on 24-7. Try somewhere else for your supplies. The Right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing!

I've spent nearly half a year trying to get my new CPAP machine. Ridiculously complex phone trees, no one ever answers the phone; voice mail finally picks up after up to a dozen rings; no one ever calls back.

Staff very friendly and informative , With this being my first use of the machine, staff knowledge made me feel at ease with using the machine as well as being able to contact someone if I have problems or concerns 24-7.

They are pretty much like every other CPAP Supply Company. They have some good people and some bad people but their corporate operations create problems. We constantly had to check up on our orders and frequently found that the order had not been placed so their answer was always it will be 7 to 10 days. My wife and I both use cpaps and orders placed for supplies at the same time, one order would come in the 7 to 10 days and the outer order would take weeks to get straightened out. My insurance covered supplies at 100% but we frequently had to argue with them that we required no co-pay. And again one order would get to us without any problem and second-order would be delayed due to an imaginary copay being required. I have talked to the CEO several times when he himself called me and I had raised my review to a three from one, but that three star review is nowhere to be found so somebody is tampering with the reviews. Bottom line, it is now December 2020 and we left the area they serve in August. THEY told us THEY could no longer serve us. We've asked them twice a month when they call us since we left them to please take us off their call list and they won't do it. Unfortunately I didn't think I would have to talk to the CEO again and I have misplaced his number. He's a very nice man and was very understanding of my complaint but he still has major systemic problems in his organization. And a lot of people that cannot or will not understand that we don't want to be called by them anymore since they can't service us. Use them at your own risk!03/2021 UPDATE: looks like they're listening. We got taken off their call list and have not heard from them for a couple of months. Even though we're no longer with them they were very helpful with our new supplier in getting the information necessary to our new provider to pay for the supplies by our new insurance company. They were also very helpful and getting the equipment monitoring disconnected from a second vendor which hadn't been able to be done for several years. Raising their rating to 3 for this help.

The experience was the best. I went in got my machine, picked out my mask… the young lady that was helping me explained everything to me and the instructions was so easy… I couldn’t thank her so much… plus she called to make sure everything was going good in that week…

The staff are friendly and they take their time. They bring you into a room with comfortable furniture and allow you to remove your mask to try on the gear. There is time for questions. Great experience! Thank you!??

Just moved to the area recently and needed a new Bi-Pap machine. Best experience with this type of company in 15 years! Staff was very pleasant and courteous. The entire process was simple and they stayed on contact with updates all through the order. When it came in they had curbside delivery so I never even had to get out of my car. So glad I found this business! Highly recommend ABC Healthcare!!

My experience with ABC Health was the most painless experience with a medical company that I have ever had. The employees were so professional and courteous. The curbside pick up was amazing. Pulled up, called the number and my machine was delivered to my car in less than 3 minutes. It's nice to know that there are still companies with high standards for their employees. Had my 1st meeting to fit my mask for sleep therapy. The information was simple yet concise and she did not let me leave until everything was thoroughly explained and all questions were answered.Came home, downloaded the app, ran the test and I am confident in the equipment.The company was selected by my insurance company but I am pleased with the choice. Easy to use and cost efficient.
