I've been very satisfied as a storage customer. My unit was indoors a building that had good lighting (easy to turn on on a timer), a safe clean building that always had a large flatbed rolling truck for our use. Excellent on-site management and fair prices. What more could one ask for?

Definitely the best storage option in Richmond! The people are super nice and take great care of the property. It’s very convenient to drive up to the unit as well. Access to your unit is easy and the hours are good. I highly recommend this business! I would not go anywhere else

Terrible customer service. Bought a storage unit at auction and they did not answer phone calls or messages that I left to collect my $100 cleaning deposit until it was over 2 months to late to get my deposit. I see that they do not value or care about their returning customers so they have now lost me and many friends and family's future business that often buy these units. Good luck and I hope it was worth $100.00 to loose future business.

This place is very patient and works with you very well. I’m glad I chose this place to store my prized possessions and Paige is amazing! Very fun, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve never used a storage unit before but I’d highly recommend this one!

One of the best storage facilities around. This place is clean, secured, and very safe.
