Took my car here because it was making a noise technician told me he could do a “band aid” fix to prolong usage. Picked my car up the next day and it was significantly worse and I haven’t been able to drive it since then. I wouldn’t have paid over $500 if he explained the actual problem better.

Quality of service is awful, Noah does NOT give proper updates or ANY UPDATES. I had to call for updates on our vehicles. My appointment time was Mon 10am (FYI appointment is a slot doesn't mean your vehicle will be looked at). Crazy but TRUE! Called back @ 1:09pm for an update- no update they didn't get to it yet. Called back at 4:20 pm they gave me answers to what was wrong. Noah said he would call me in the morning with an update which he did 10:35 am Tuesday. Hmmm They had to order parts from the dealer. OKAY! Prices will be $30 more and they will be in Wednesday/ Thursday morning they will get on it. Call 12:05pm Thursday now the car won't be ready till Friday........ One excuse after another! Called Friday 9:16am to verify that parts came in again speaking with Noah. Parts are there they will be work get it. It's a few hours of labor and a test drive and I'll call you as soon as it ready. 11:30am drove past car still in the same spot ( never moved) 1:50pm my husband calls an Noah tells him he never ordered parts from dealer. He ordered parts from a second hand shop. Hmmm I called him a lied an the call conveniently got disconnected. . I called back an he told me they can't fix the car we can come pick it up. Now this is after having the car for 5 days . CANT MAKE THIS UP! We will be canceling our membership with Triple A as well. This is not our first issue with the auto service department. We like to give people the benefit of the doubt. DO BETTER! Treat people like they are a priority not a burden.

CROOKS! I called AAA and spoke to Kevin about an oil change. He said with my membership it would be $45 which is a bit cheaper than what I usually get it for so I came in. However, of course the price increased to $80. This is truly unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time and money. I have way better mechanic recommendations if you’re in need just save yourself the trip and money. HE WANTED TO PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR.

Do Not Use This Mechanic For Repairs! They are dishonest and will steal from you.Hit a curb while avoiding a collision and blew out front tire and dented the rim. AAA towed the vehicle to this nearby AAA Car Care center in Chesterfield. They quoted repairs over $3,000 and sent a report. There is no visible damage in the pictures provided by their technician to the "wheel bearing, lower ball joint, strut, outer tie rod" as they claimed, so we decided to take it to a shop we know and trust. They checked every component mentioned above and more, and found that the car simply needs a new wheel and alignment for around $500.The AAA service advisor is named Carolyn Compton and the inspection was performed by "Technician A," Francisco Espinal. I am thankful to have multiple mechanics in Richmond that we can trust, but I am so livid at the scam this AAA Chesterfield Car Care center has likely run on countless people.

This is the first time I have brought my vehicles to AAA. I found it to be more personable than the dealership I usually go to. I was able to talk to the mechanic, not just the service writer. Both were professional and delighted I was here. I also picked the right time of the month to bring my vehicles in for the yearly inspection. Loo

I was there looking to buy an EZ Pass.Darrel Killebrew was fantastic he answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly. To those who have never had AAA or perhaps had it, he's the guy with the answers.

I went in for an oil change and left with a long list of other work they suggested I needed. Over $2000 which included spark plugs and tune up I had just had done elsewhere. Also said my tires were dryrotted, but only one needed replacing?!? No one said a word to me about it. Just had me sign a paper saying I declined suggested work. I have always thought highly of AAA, but this has put a bad taste in my mouth.Service: Oil change

Beware, AAA changes $200 for a $100 car battery. I have had a AAA battery for approximately 6 weeks and had to have battery jumped twice! The second time I called it took over 5 hours for AAA to respond.Please note, I was told that the car must be started every two days or the battery would lost all power.Service: Battery

Never mistake incompetence for bad intentions. I have had several awful experiences here. I recently needed to get my state inspection, and brought my car in because they have a waiting area I can use to work remotely while that is taking place. When checking in I was offered a free tire rotation and fluid change which I accepted. When I picked up my car, several days later I received an email saying that I denied these services which was not true. My wife's car was having some issues with her muffler that I was aware of. I got it towed to AAA because it was free and when it was brought in, they repaired that but also told me there was an additional serious issue with the rear knuckle. This was a fix close to $1,000. I declined getting it serviced there and took it somewhere else to get it looked at where they were unable to find any issues. AAA fabricated an issue with my wife's car and tried to charge me to fix it. If you have any choice, do NOT go here for automobile service.

I thi k the representative should have been more knowledgeable about my trip area. I've used AAA many years and never had this experience of not knowing about Yellowstone national park.AAA sent me a reply and asked for info. I sent it and never heard back.Typical of a company who wants to look like they care but really doesn't.
