Would NEVER use them again. Destroyed valuables and took OUR own hand truck. Have offered to resolve our issues and we get no response back. They were HORRIBLE. Stay away from them and save yourself the headache and them “ghosting” you. Terrible company with terrible owners.

Destroyed multiple items and now have been trying to have someone call us back for a month, regarding reimbursement. Looks like we need to go the route of hiring an attorney and take them court because we are out of state now; which only fuels our anger and makes the reimbursement amount go up, because we won’t be responsible for attorney fees, filing fees and court fees they willIt’s more like 2 woman, a rental truck and day laborers, stir clear and run away! When I saw my heavy beach cruiser bicycle at the very tippy-top, on top of everything in one of the trucks... I knew our stuff was in trouble.

I had an appointment for a move from Richmond, Va to Baltimore, MD, I waited for them on the day of the move and no one showed up, I called several times and got no response. I had to rent my own truck find someone to drive it and move my things the next day. The office person even called me to confirm my move and they didn't show up. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

I reached out to this company on July 13th for a move on August 3rd. We confirmed the date and they emailed me a confirmation. Then they sent me a text today (August 2nd) saying they didn’t “have the manpower” for my move. Highly unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. I had to scramble the day before a move to find new movers. Don’t trust them with your move.

I'm a local Realtor who has used them for 2 moves, one in 2013. Another in 2018. Also I have had them for my mom's move in 2020 from Midlothian out of storage to West of Richmond to Palmyra. In 2020, also my brother and his wife moved from Lakeside to near Ashland and we're very pleased. I recommend them to my clients too. I appreciate supporting this business and have been always pleased and they are accommodating even in short notice! Thank you Lisa & team!!!

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They did not answer calls. They did not answer emails. They did not answer Facebook messages. The next day they were blatantly IGNORING my phone calls, sending them to voicemail. They still haven’t reached out to apologize. Do not trust this company to move you.

These guys are the best ever! Seriously. They are very professional and have an uncommonly light touch when moving and packing your stuff. Very patient and understanding. The pricing was surprising as well. Very affordable at least in my experience. I highly recommend!

This company is the absolute worst. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The manager is unprofessional, inappropriate and aggressive. When I asked to speak to the owner they refused to tell me who owns the business. They wouldn't allow me to come to the office and pay I had to give the movers my card. I asked the movers to speak to the manager because I was not pleased with the service or the way they talked to me. The manager called me and was yelling and screaming at me, she told me the customer isn't always right. When the manager arrived to the house she continued to be irate because I didn't like the service. The company is absolutely deplorable. The manager told me that it's hard working with your own people as she apologized for the way she and her staff talked to me. There is no accountability for the poor service and the aggressive behavior. The

I appreciate that a friend of mine at work suggested A Woman's Touch to move my belongings from VA to NC. The owner was very nice and professional who visited my house to give me an estimate of the cost that was very nearly exact, which proved less than any other moving company. The movers worked diligently, covering my furniture in a professional manner, moving everything carefully. Each of the movers knew how to handle the furniture. I had to move it from my home in VA to a storage unit IN NC. I just removed my furniture from storage, after six months, and not one piece was damaged or broken. They stacked the items very wisely in the unit. (Note: The local NC movers, Hornets Moving, had to only move 1/3 of what A Movers Touch had to move since I moved most myself. They took much longer. They even broke one piece of furniture and lied about it. I trusted them and signed the papers to find out they had broke the leg off after their departure. I only mention this to show the difference in quality service. I wish A Womans Touch could have moved me within NC.).

The gentleman were great to work with !!!! We moved into a house on a hill and could not get the truck up the hill. The great crew of guys pushed the furniture up the hill. Thank you for all your help!!
