I remember when I took their course. The teacher had us doing his errands, like picking up laundry, getting his food at drive throughs.But what I'll never forget is going into a nice neighborhood, and the instructor threw his trash out the window onto the side of this nice neighborhood street. He then advised us when littering, to make sure we are in nicer neighborhoods because it will quickly get picked up, if in a poorer neighborhood it'll sit there forever..And to top it off during the final exam he left the room, Leaving the answer key at the front. People ran up getting the answers and yelling them out at the class. Well he's just chatted away on the phone in the hallway waiting for his Hooters lunch to be delivered.This was years ago at a hotel by chesterfield town center. Believe the instructors name began with a W.. over a decade ago though.

My daughter completed her course with Ms. Burwell on 2/11/2021 and was told her certificate would be mailed to the DMV and her permanent license would come in the mail in a few weeks. As of today (5/26/2021), I have called twice and my daughter has called multiple times to inquire if she actually sent the certificate because DMV said they do not have anything on file. Ms. Burwell first said it was probably lost in the mail. Then she said she was out driving and took down our name/number and said she would get look into it once back in her office, but she never called back.Update: we got a new form (after many phone calls, voicemails, texts, and showing up unannounced at the driver school) and within a week of me faxing it to DMV my daughter's license arrived in the mail. It is still beyond us why Ms. Burwell held on to the form since FEBRUARY and would not send it in. "The DMV is so backed up- it's taking months to process" was what she told us repeatedly. Clearly this was false.

Rude and incompetent. Edit: I have to edit my response. It turns out they never sent the form to DMV, and I had to call 6 times to get them to complete their job. I was lied to, yelled at and hung up on. All I needed then to do was send one simple fax and they wouldn’t do it. I would never use them again. Please take your money to someone who does their job properly.

I thought it was great, until six months later when we found out they failed to send the proper paper work to DMV. When I called to have them fix their mistake, I was lied to, yelled out and hung up on. I had to call DMV myself and the Court and it took them days to send one simple fax. I would never use them again.

They never sent the paper work to DMV and I had to call six times. I was lied to, yelled at and hung up on all because I needed them to fax the form to DMV. I would never use them again. Incompetent and rude.

In the beginning I thought this was going to be long, boring and uninteresting BUT thanks to Ms. Burwell it was a great class and after 21years of driving I learned from her. If you need this class for what ever reason I highly recommend A+ and make sure she is instructing! Thanks
