Lived here since 2021, great location next to downtown RVA. If you’re a college student, young or maturer adult, this is the best place to live inside the city.

I love 805 W Lofts! The property staff are awesome and always so friendly. The maintenance man is amazing, any time I have even the slightest issue he comes and fixes it within 20 minutes of me even telling him about it. I really feel like I’m being taken care of and would highly recommend living here.
