Service has gone down hill. Cashiers are lying for no reason. I get that you're out of sleeves for coffee, but you don't have to lie and try to say, "they're new double lined cups, you don't need it."No you do need it. That shit is hot, and don't lie. They're that same cups as they have been for years, but argue with me. We can go to another convenience store.

Because this 7-11 is in my neighborhood, I pop in occasionally for quick drink, or to grab a snack, but only if I'm desperate. Don't expect perky service as you get your morning cuppa joe, the employees are not happy to be here. It's somewhat dingy and could use an overhaul. If they don't up their "convenience store" game, the Wawa a few miles down the street is going to overtake their business... and frankly, I prefer Wawa wayway more!!

Do NOT go to 7/11 off GASKINS! Huge Rant: So I went to the 7/11 off of Gaskins yesterday to turn in my scratch tickets & of course buy some more like I always do. I had only won $9 from my previous winnings and instead of the worker handing me my money right away the store clerk said she would just deduct it from my new purchases. Well I picked out 2 $10 scratch tickets, 3 $5 dollar scratch tickets & 1 $2 dollar scratch ticket. That would make my total $37 dollars before my $9 deductible from my winnings. Some how the total came up to $38 dollars, which is a another entire story because it should have came up to $37. After the fact of paying for every single scratch ticket that I had picked out, plus another extra dollar, I had asked the clerk where was my 9 dollars deducted from. She insisted it was deducted from my total, yet if that was the case I should have had $47 dollars worth of new scratch tickets but instead I had only purchased $37 dollars worth of tickets, yet I handed over $38 dollars of my own cash to pay for them. The store clerk, Tia Long, ( who knows if this is her real name & she said she was the store manager when I asked to speak to one), still insisted that the $9 was still already deducted. I counted my new tickets with her countless times to show her I had only purchased $37 dollars worth of new scratch tickets and that there was no way my $9 dollars was deducted if I had paid fully for my new transaction of tickets. This went back in fourth for about 10 minutes, mind you there was 3 people in line behind me that complelty understood what I was saying and sided with me that I was correct. The clerk, Tia Long, started to get frustrated and loud with me and refused to give me my 9$. She called the store owner and told them her side of the story and eventually asked me to leave and wrote down my number. I was suppose to get a phone call today from the owner, which never happened. Before I left I asked several times for my money from my winning tickets and she continued to refuse to. She became more and more frustrated that she began calling me out of my name in front of my own daughter and even threatened to assault me. While she was on the phone with her so called store owner she had said " I quit, I'm about to square up with this b**** " she then picked up her purse and started to walk around the counter,( which is all on video if they pull the cameras from yesterday) it was around 3 or 3:30 when I went in there. At this point she ripped all my new purchased tickets out of my hand and did a full refund, which I never even asked for, after receiving my $38 dollars back of my own cash that I had used to purchase my tickets, I had asked her again where is my $9 from my winning and she STILL said it was deducted from my transaction. At this point everything was refunded and there was no transaction. So there was no way my $9 dollars was deducted if I hadn't even purchased a thing. I ended up walking out because the situation was getting too escalated and it was just $9 dollars. It was just the principle that this lady was wrong and treated a customer horribly, when in reality I was right and you should NEVER treat a customer like that. As I walked out I told her she is going to feel really stupid when her register is $9 dollars over because she NEVER gave me my winnings. She flicked me off and said "I hope you die" right in front of my daughter. At this point I will NEVER go back to this 7/11 location, nothing was resolved and who knows how long this lady has been doing this to customers. It's honestly simple math so I feel like she may have done this before and thought she could get one over on me. I just wanted to share to warn others to watch out. AND my biggest lesson learned from this is to always get your cash handed to you FIRST, then go back and purchase new items or scratch tickets. I have never had a problem before at any 7/11 and can not believe this happened and I hope it does not happen to someone else.

It's not open until 2 am like the site says. This was one of two stops I made tonight looking for a place open to buy something I need. I'm really annoyed. Update the hours of operation. Please thanks
