Horrible people own this store
They are incredible unprofessional and rude
They yelled at my child who accidentally spilt the slurpee
Made us clean it up which I was going to but the man and women working there made my son cry so I left it there and they had the nerve to tell us we could not come back!!
I honestly don't know how this business is allowed to operate with such terrible customer relations!
Shame on them!
Do not support this business!

Came in for a .99 big gulp and some gas. I was charged 1.62 for the big gulp even though it’s advertised as .99. The reviews about nasty attitude is true. What a way to lose out on money from patrons lol.

Nasty and rude, treats me as if I'm a burden to come shop, hawk eyes while shopping and always tries to rush me out the store. Pocketed money, supposed to be 3 for 3.29 but I've noticed for the past several weeks the discount was never taken off. Dishonest theft

Staff/owners the husband and wife are rude. Especially the husband no customer services, don’t greet you and don’t say thanks for shopping or nothing. How you rude and you spending money with them. Never coming back, I ask for changed $20 and the wife caught attitude and slamming my money down and the drawer. You shouldn’t do regular customers like that, I’m not asking for red carpet but respect is everything

I don’t know what these other people are talking about. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this 7-11. The owners are kind and respectful. I’m able to buy what I need in a clean, well stocked and well maintained environment. What else would you want or expect from a convenience store?

Cahsiers are nice but the owner/manager is rude and uncooperative with customers. Maybe it is a culture thing idk.

Terrible overall experience here. The gas pump was expensive and incredibly slow. Took me 5 minutes to do 10 gallons of gas. Then U went in to buy something and Youssef was nothing but rude and condescending.

First off, gas stations in Virginia can not sell liquor. This 7-11 is not dirty and has great customer service. I love helicopters.
