Sold us a gift card with no money on it and when I went back to have it corrected, they blamed me. Did not seem to care one bit. Awful customer service

I dont think this location is actually open 24hrs.. they always have heavy chains locking the doors by 11 and sometimes even by 10. Friendly owners though.

I go out of my way to visit this store, even passing another location, because the staff is very nice. There is a blond lady that works in the mornings that is a gem and 7-eleven needs to hang on to her!

Good neighborhood convenience store. Watch out for the traffic on Libbie.

It's difficult to rate a convenient store. As is with most chains, you know what to expect: it is much like any other 7-11 you've been to. I can say that the selection on the fountain drinks is underwhelming, especially when it comes to diet options.

Price was clearly marked $2.49 for a single or 2 for $4, however because the price wasn't changed in the system, I was charged $2.99. I told the Indian woman that I was overcharged and she continuously argued that it was $2.99 until I showed her. She still insisted the price was $2.99 with the quote "yes, it is 2 for $4 or one for regular price" and I said "yeah, it clearly shows regular price is $2.49" yet she would not fix her error. I will never be ripped off here again, as I will never shop at this 7-eleven ever again!
