I filed a complaint with the Corporation against this store about a month ago,concerning they where using, non 7-11 coffee cups because they couldn't get the 7-11 cups from the distributor, I got a cup of coffee there and the cheap non 7-11 coffee cup broke in my vehicle causing me to get burn and spilling all over the inside of my vehicle 7-11 Corporation stated they would have someone contacting me concerning this serious matter, I haven't heard from anyone, the 7-11 down the street has no problem getting there supplies

Worse convince store I've ever been to....dirty and the staff is super rude..,..prices are crazy high....go 1/2 a mile west to the other 7 11 and they are great !!

The owner or the man with grey hair working the front counter has one more time to harass Bellwood employees for stealing or any other elude behavior. There are several complaints about this man and the 7/11 corporate number will be posted to make formal complaints about their experiences moving forward.

Never have anything in stock. Employess are rude the one from across th3 laundry mat is nicer and always stocked!!!! Avoid this store

I gave a 4 bc it's usually a good experience. Tonight I go in for smokes. There's a long line. 2 cashiers but only 1 is ringing people up. But the customers are her friends & they talk, talk, talk. Finally i get up there. I have mobile coupon for smokes. It took my phone a minute for it to pop up. Cashier acts like I'm wasting her time. She rolled her eyes. She scans & then i tell her I want to put my phone # in for possible discount. She said nothing. I started doing it on credit machine & then I remembered the 1st time I did it ...it was on the customer ring up screen BEHIND the credit machine. I said " oh it's this screen I put it in right?" ..i got no answer. I waited for her to tell me total. Not a peep. I ask for receipt at end & she huffs & gives it to me. 1st I'm disabled- very hard to walk even with crutches. 2nd- I'm short- I can't barely see over the credit machine- so how do I know exactly what to do? I'm not a 7-11 regular customer & they shouldn't EXPECT customers to know how they do things. They should tell customer the final total. If they pay cash they should repeat the amount of $ customer gives to pay. They should tell customer amount of change-if any-& Count it back. The cashier was in a great mood with the couple she was ringing up & talking to- but she puts a frown on when me & my phone wasn't fast enough for her. She should be more professional.

Terrible experience I went in around 7 there was a line all the way around the coffee station. And one register open other lady was in office on phone but other girl said she told her she was ordering stuff. She said she couldn't use other register so it took forever and said she couldn't call for help because the other lady gets mad at her so I don't think I will be returning and going to let my friends and family know not to go there.

The owners call me by my first name they're always polite to me they joke around with me I recently lost my husband and they always ask me if I'm okay they genuinely are concerned they're always nice to me the workers there are nice to me they get me in and out of there there was a product that they didn't carry and they started ordering it in for me they just help me anyway that they can and I've always had a good experience there

Upon my arrival I work for Uber eats my plan was to go in purchase fresh mini tacos and wait for my fellow Uber eat worker to meet me to put gas in my car to continue to work after eating and purchasing gas 2 minutes after putting gas handle back on pump and deciding which direction to start working towards the owner of the establishment came up to me in my vehicle aggressively and threatened and was in middle of calling police because I was in the gas station to long for his comfortability after going in store to show and prove to owner I was there for less than 30 minutes and made several purchases in store and out and should not be treated in another manner if I’m a paying customer no cashier was on my side I felt threatened uncomfortable and pointed out because I was African American and had no reason to be treated in such manner I will never go back to that specific store for gas food or even to drive past
