I bought some condoms 2 days ago the package was wet with some kind of liquid. I asked politely the old guy to please give a different package because I didn't want to take any risks. He became so upset and said NOOO . Of course, he lied to me because I saw I him scanning a different package in order to be able to sell the bad one. This is not the first time this old dude has this kind of attitude. He is always mad and grumpy. This is the worst customer service in all Chesterfield area. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

i wouldn't honestly give this place on star. i brung my id/dd client into this place to get a snack and drink. the customer service is horrible. i would never want to be a person that is proud of being rude and nasty to anyone let alone a mentally handicap person. i'll be filing a complaint with the ADA! and other advocates w/ individuals w/ disabilities.

Stopped here to get slurpies and when I got them home and we drank them they tasted like mold this is not a clean store and will never pick up the phone when you call

This lady is out of her mind. I implore the owner of this business to get rid of her. She knows nothing of customer service and what it really means to treat people with hospitality.
The manager however was professional and took care of the problem just fine but wow this lady was just something else and not a good something at all.

Workers don’t want to work. Extremely rude and when you call to speak to a manager they make sure they don’t answer the phone this 711 location is ABSOLUTE TRASH

I stood in line for several minutes while the lady couldn't figure out how to ring up the person in front of me. She went over to the guys beside her and asked for help and kept telling her he's in the middle of training. She kept telling him she needed help but wouldn't help her and he was right there so I don't understand why he made such a big deal about it when at this point its several ppl in line waiting. When they finally took me they said they couldn't take card for the gas it had to be cash. There's no sign written on the door so you're having people waiting for no reason when you need to have a sign at your door. This has caused me to be late to work so I'm very unhappy how this situation was
