Friendly staff, had everything stocked, majority of the hot food items were fresh, and can't beat the deals and rewards that you get through the app.

If it were not for the woman working on monday mornings, this store would get 5 stars, one belligerent employee with an attitude who will straight up ignore you. If something isn't done, I will take my money elsewhere. I have been going to this 711 for 20+ years, but will drive the extra 10 min to go somewhere else and spend my $20 a day on product elsewhere.

This store needs to shut down. When I pulled up yesterday the manager was outside completely nodded off high. I turn my stereo up hoping that she would snap out of it when I got out of the car I confronted her about it she then proceeded to cuss me out and flick me off and told me to mind my own business I will not be shopping at this 7-Eleven ever again and I will be notifying Henrico County police of this situation.

24/7 hot fresh coffee is NOT HERE. Bought a cup of pumpkin flavored coffee..... At 8:45am.....and I take my first sip to find it is nothing but BARELY lukewarm WATER!!!! Call the store to tell them how ridiculous this is and mad I wasted $2 and their phones don't even connect...... Sad that you advertise coffee available ALL THE TIME and it cannot even be made correctly. OR SERVED HOT.REALLY??????

I was just n the Woodman Road location, which I have been going to for over 30 years & I encountered the WORST cashier that has EVER worked there. No hello, no Thanks, then I told her your welcomed she never said a word just a nasty look... I told her you are rude I will let Elenor, the owner of this location, know how rude u are... her reply... I wish u would! I then told her " u need a new job". The guy n there was nice. It seems like he may have mentioned her name Victoria! She was AWFUL!!!!! Learn some retail manners girl!
