*3310 Church streetRichmond, VA*I stopped by after driving nearly 2 hours away from culpeper, virginia, because i was picking up a rental car yesterday. I stopped at this 7eleven to load cash on a debit card to take care of the transaction only to be told by the employee who was working that they dont load cards there. This is the second 7eleven in richmond ive been to and told that, but fortunately i found one closer that took care of it for me. I've previously worked for 7eleven for nearly 4 years in the past and know very well that all 7eleven load money onto cards. It isnt my fault if the franchisee didnt provide an employee with a proper pen/marker to detect counterfeit money. I know that i was trained to be able to clearly spot the difference. Definately will never waste my time, or visit this store to support any kind of sale in the future.
