Got racially profiled here today,. Tried to add some money to my card and the man said “We’ve been scammed before” this is my family store and I don’t feel comfortable. Hmm sir I’m giving you cash to put on my card. How is that scamming? He told me to go across the street instead. Literally trying to add $100 bucks to my cashapp card. How bogus

Hot chocolate machine was just dispensing hot water. And it’s a 24 hour store. You would expect everything to be working properly during the day cause since it’s slow in the middle of the night they can literally just fix their machines. But I guess they don’t.

They don't honor prices posted on signage in their own store. When I informed them that wasn't the price, the guy looked at the sign and just said "the machine..." (meaning the point of sale system) "...doesn't require it." I pressed him, saying "so you aren't going to honor the price posted in your own store." And he said that was correct.

In my world 7eleven is where I get slurpees and hotdogs. Chili cheese and onions. Only way for me. This location has packet onions. ITS GROSS! That's a no for me. I get that your trying to save money but it has to equal out in taste ..... won't be going to this location for while. Will not ever buy a hotdog if it doesn't have the toppings I want again.

On the evening of 4/24/2023, I was having car problems and stopped at the 7-11 to get antifreeze. When I returned to my car a few minutes later, my car wouldn't start. It appeared that my battery was drained and my car wouldn't start. I called my wife to come and give me a jump. She was having trouble opening the rear compartment in her SUV and didn't know if she had jumper cables. I returned to the store and bought some jumper cables. My wife arrived about 15 minutes later and to my surprise she had a brand new set of jumper cables in her SUV. I went back into the store to return the cables and the store clerk wouldn't accept the return. I assured him that I had not even opened the case the cables were in, everything was in tact in the original package. I showed him that there was no way that I could have used them and put them back perfectly. Also told him that my car war still sitting there with a dead battery and that I wouldn't return them if I still needed the cables. We had an exchange of words, nothing rude but I did not understand why he would not take the cables back. I asked for his manager's name. He told me TT (I think) and gave me the number to the store. He told me that he already spoke to her and she said no. I went back outside and jumped my car. Before I left, I went back inside with both sets of cables to prove to the clerk that I did not use them. I told him that my family has been shopping at this Exxon/7-11 for the past 20 years. This is my neighborhood and I wouldn't cheat a store that I go to almost every week. I asked him to ask his manager if it was worth it to lose almost $200 per month of business for $20.99(the price of the cables). I will never shop there again. Customer lost.L. Sims

Staff sometimes wears masks, other times I see one or two not wearing a mask. They never seem to enforce the mask mandate either. Every time I go into this store, EVERY TIME, I see someone (a customer OR a staff member) not wearing a mask. Not getting my business anymore.
