For a year they haven't had soap in the men's restroom, and price gouging their gas prices are always 10-20 percent more than any other store in the area

Hot chocolate machine was just dispensing hot water. And it’s a 24 hour store. You would expect everything to be working properly during the day cause since it’s slow in the middle of the night they can literally just fix their machines. But I guess they don’t.
