Got "2 gallons" of gas, drove 5 miles down the road and ran out of gas, tried calling several times, no answer and mailbox is full so couldn't leave a message. Would like someone to call me or reply, had to pay a buddy to come give me gas, this isn't a good way to treat customers, if I can't reach anyone I would like to be able to at least leave a message, otherwise why have a phone at all

HATEEEEE THIS STORE!!!! I lived here all my life and I wish they never came here! Every time you come in there, they have attitude. If you guys don't like Blk ppl maybe you guys should've never built this one in this location. nobody asked you guys to relocate here.

Picking up 2 orders for DoorDash for the same customer. The employee could not comprehend that it was two different orders but for the same customer(not an unusual situation). So he insisted that it was a copy of the same order even though I repeatedly showed him that it was two different orders with different number of items but same customer. So after 10 minutes trying to explain to him and asking him just to look into his system I gave up. Just like beating my head against a wall. And big surprise I get to customer and he asked where was the other order he had purchased and I explained what happened and he just canceled the order. Seems like the employees at this store are in a hurry to do the least amount of work and ignore anything that customers ask of them. I would recommend that you just go across the street

Under cooked food, hotdog buns were not properly stored, and the people running the store couldn't speak English when I brought up these issues. This was at 6am Tuesday Oct 31st.

On a nice hot sunny day we decide to stop in for something cold to drink. As I walk through the door, the store was spotless an fully stocked.(My wife Love Snickerdoodles cookies) I was welcome by both employees, which made me fell very good. Customer Service on both woman was great.
An to top it off one of the employee was very knowledgeable about the new app an what it has it offer. She deserve points for that one. This 7-11 mid shift was happy to be at work today!!!
