The people who work at this location overnight are very rude. The clerk will say they don't have your product, even when you clearly see the product you are asking for, they won't sell it to you. Instead they will insist that they are sold out of the product or act like they don't see what you are referring to. They are only well stocked with roller grill items however the grill appears unclean, as well as other surfaces for preparing food, and the slurpee machine almost never works especially on 7 11 day. This is a combination ofy last 3 visits. This store was awful based on have nots and staff and cleanliness.

My experience with them are very good and i was very very satisfied with my order and they had everything that i ordered and it was packaged with care and the price and the taste of the food are very good and very tasty and the delivery was right on time and no mistakes i recommend them to any customers out there 5 stars all the way.

This is the worst 7-11 in Richmond and surrounding areas I've ever been to. The employees don't speak English and its not clean at all. I don't see how in the hell they pass a health inspection ?? ???

My elderly mother was attempting to purchase a lottery ticket for this store and the worker snatched money from her hand. He gave a contrived "sorry" and assumed that it was acceptable. This is not the first time that I've seen the workers disrespect the customers, especially African-Americans. We will never patronize this business again. I would give them no stars

A surprisingly good experience at this store. No riff-raff loitering outside of the store for a change. Pizza was in-stock. We love their Pizza. It's delicious. Most of the items I purchased were on sale too so everything was cheaper than I expected. Friendly cashiers too. My only issue was the employees not wearing masks. I just think it's too soon for people to stop masking up. Covid is NOT over.

Every time I go to this particular store, there's always an issue. Today I went to get the wing special. First they told me I couldn't mix and match. Okay cool. Since they only had 4 of the spicy wings that I like they had to cook more. Originally said it would be 5 minutes, then 7 minutes. I told them since I had to wait I want all freshly cooked wings not the 4 that were already there. I think that was reasonable since I had to wait. Then they sneakily put the old ones in with the new. So since I'm right next door at the laundromat, when I finished washing, I took the old ones back. He claims to have given me all fresh. I showed him the old partially burned 3 of the 4, one actually was edible. I know he gave me the old because when I went back in to get my wings, the 4 that were already cooked were not in the window where they were. This is an awful store. I think a better screening process should be in place when you let these people run your stores. If I could rate it lower than 1 I would
