Some shady stuff going on with my card at this 7-11. I get charged $1.16 several times throughout the week by this 7-11 without even going there. If it were a scammer they would have used the card elsewhere, but the charges only come from this 7-11....

I recommend going to the location on main street instead. This location feels unsafe, and has shootings every year that I've been in Richmond.

They have a promotion on Newport 100 cigarettes and it was $3 off when you buy two packs I told him I wanted two packs and he only rang me up for one and then when I asked how would I get the $3 off for buying another pack he rang me up for a pack of cigarettes and then bring up another pack so it was two packs on there then he removed one pack off of it and then just counted a dollar so at the end the total was almost $9 which would still be the same amount as if I was buying one pack he's here was just trying to get over and get more money

Horrible business. They charge peoples cards then claim they never got the money, then got the nerve to be rude and threaten to call the police.

Terrible service, towing company is very rude and unprofessional. The manager is very disrespectful and impatient. My car got towed and blamed me for putting him in that position.

Terrible. They sell faulty products and don't show exchanges even 10 minutes after purchase. Their reason "you left the store" well yes because I wasn't going to pop open the vape I bought and smoke it in the store to make sure it's not faulty. Ridiculous.

I was parked in the empty lot for 8 minutes because the roads were closed and they decided to call the towing truck. I had intentions of buying something when I came back… but the fact that whoever was working felt so bothered that one car was in the lot doing not harm. I could understand if it was there for 30 minutes.

If you park here to do your rounds of shopping at 7/11 & picking up pizza at Christian's pizza just beware of the highway robbery tow truck guy Jamell Scott with jr towing company, if you don't go first to 7/11 he will tow you & demand $205 cash as a ransom fee for holding your car hostage or else he tows it. The parking lot is not safe due to predatory tow truck practices in the lot. I'd rather not have to spend an additional $205 just to park at 7/11 which is supposed to be cheap anyway.
