This is the worse 7 eleven they're bias and discriminate against women. They do not allow customers to use the restroom saying it's not for public use but allowed a man to use the restroom. It was two guys working at the time and the cashier guy was rude with lots of attitude. This is on the VCU campus so I'm not understanding why they are not allowing clean ppl to use the restroom i can understand soliciting but a customer ?.

I come here almost daily to get cash back. And one of the machines doesn’t work. Cashier that I have never seen before just dismissed it saying she could get onto the other register? Which is weird I work at a 7-11 so I can see a woman who doesn’t wanna work. Thanks for nothing.

Not open 24 hours. Lights are on and employees are inside but the door is locked and they just showed us away.

Best run 7-11 in the VCU area. Don’t know how the other 7-11’s can be managed so poorly (bad service, employees who don’t listen to customers, store always a mess) while this one is actually a pleasure to visit. Never have had one problem with employees here. Just wanted to share my positive experiences for those affiliated with this store. I would drive the extra the distance if I need something from a convenience store to go to 7-11 on the corner of Harrison and Main Street.

Super convenient compared to other 7-Elevens. I love that this store bakes its own cookies and muffins in-house. They have a fancy coffee machine and a special machine for non-coffee hot and iced beverages. They have nitro/cold brew on tap although it's usually "out of order".

Mexicans @ lakeside hen 7/11 @ 6/23.. whe i get there all of sudden the register and scanner and system is down and when the whites leave it magically work again.. wow

This 7-11 is part of my morning routine during the school year. A strong alternative to other 7-11s in Richmond. It does have a bit of that convenience store grimy atmosphere, but hey, it's a 7-11. The staff are nice, and I don't feel unsafe while there.

Cashier left his station to fill another order but wouldn’t serve me at 11:57… VA liquor sales end at 12 and he left the customers hanging seemingly on purpose ??

Always crowded . Never pick up the phone . Will get smart with you in a minute for no reason . They lack professionalism . The lady said you couldn't put in an order for a pizza like it's Pizza Hut . They need to shut it down
