I'm not sure how this place keeps getting their poor reviews removed but it's honestly one of the worst places to live in Scott's addiction. Not only is it super outdated. Not only is the Crunch gym loud as hell. Not only is there mold throughout the building that makes everything in your apartment smell bad and people sick... All of that is bad enough to convince you not to live here and also something that multiple people have complained about before. They somehow keep getting their negative reviews removed from Google. What should also be disclosed though, is the owners of this apartment complex also have financial ties to Xfinity. For apparently no reason, they only offer Xfinity internet even though it's the slowest and most expensive option. Everybody around this building offers Verizon or Skywire. When you ask the leasing office why Xfinity is the only option they don't give you a solid answer. They just say "they don't anticipate any other options being available in the future." It's just another clue to prove this place is owned by slumlords that only want to squeeze the most money out of you possible. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else even if it costs you more money. It's not worth your health and it's not worth your well-being to live here.

Lived here 2 years. Loved it. If I didn't need a bigger place I would still be there. Morgan went above and beyond anytime I had an issue. Would highly recommend living here.

Living on the 6th floor these apartments have been pretty amazing. The price to sqft is some of the best in all of Scott’s and there’s never really been any issues that maintenance wasn’t timely resolving.
Just know that the 6th floors windows do not open.

Been here for a few months now. So far everything is great OTHER than crunch fitness on the bottom floor. Every morning without fail I get woken up from people lifting and dropping weights. So if you don’t mind hearing the gym 24/7 this place is ok.

I have been living here at 3600 west broad street since July of 2022 and so far it's been a relieving experience. The first couple of places I have lived in Richmond have been unsavory experiences. As of right now the rent is comparatively affordable (I pray that's still the case upon renewal). The ladies in the main office are very pleasant and do everything they can to assist and support. The amenities are excellent and every maintenance order I have put in had been handled quickly and efficiently. The home itself is lovely not to mention the location. Everything is happening over here. Again I hope it remains affordable for me because I will continue to give them my coins.

I had the best experience with these folks! I had an unexpected turn of events and they were able to LITERALLY tour and sell me a unit in the same day. That unit was gorgeous. The exact one I toured with a scene scape out to the city. Thank you for everything. The moment I come back to RVA I will come back to you

My partner and I have lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience. The property management team is wonderful and is always polite, responsive, and helpful. The tenants are considerate and friendly unlike some other apartments in Scott’s Addition that we have lived in. The building may be older than some of the new constructions in the area, but the units are updated and high-quality, it is significantly less expensive, and the quality of service and living that you have here is comparable to most others in this area. 3600 is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Scott’s Addition without paying a premium amount in rent.

I've lived at 3600 West Broad Street Apts for almost a year now and I have really enjoyed living here. It's a great location located in the Scott's Addition area, which has lots of great stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's also just a few minutes from I-195 and I-95 so you can get anywhere in Richmond in 15-20 minutes. The management at 3600 has been great as well. They have been friendly, and they have shown me they're dedicated to providing great service to their residents. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend 3600 West Broad Street Apts.

3600 was constructed in the 1950's. We called it the Seaboard bldg until 2013-2014, when the office bldg was converted into apt homes.Personal preference is key too. There are understood areas of opportunity, however, I do personally love my apt. For me, Beth, the office team, Troy & facilities svc team have been awesome! Here's a little of my experience. I'll pickup on existing reviews.TRASH REVIEWSEa. floor has a trash closet with bins that are dumped daily. The rooms have gotten full, yes. Thats an easy fix though. Call the office & request it be dumped earlier than scheduled as its full. The issue is as tenants, we don't always consider others, if at all. If your trash bag bursts inside the trash closet on the floor and the tenant just leaves it, It is that specific tenants actions that caused the uncleanliness and bad experience for the rest of the residents.Earlier this yr, I got to the trash closet door & my bag ripped. I sat it down quickly. I had 2 options. Try to pick it up knowing all of it will be on the floor and not make it to the bin and leave there for someone else to deal with OR as I did, I went to my apt, grabbed 2 bags. Doubled them and rolled the ripped bag securely into the 2 doubled bags without a spill or inconsiderate experience for the next person that came behind me. Personal morals and consideration of others is key and when sharing community space.MOLD REVIEWSI’ve lived at 3600 since 2014. Let me start with I am extremely particular and detailed. Within that time frame, yes my window developed mold in an upper area. While I’m sure it was due to a combination of condensation, window construction, and window age, I notified management immediately. They escalated service, contacted and contracted outside professionals that came in and removed and stopped the mold and reconstructed the casing in that area of my window.PACKAGE THEFT REVIEWS1st, the morals of ppl are uncontrollable and when it affects others negatively is unfortunate. 3600 has a key fob entry package room for tenants.2nd, package delivery service providers are made aware that packages must go in the key fob entry package room. Some delivery drivers don't follow the rule but some actually do follow the rule and put packages their.3rd, not every tenant is a thief. Some have compassion for others. In 8yrs, I've knocked on at least 6 apt doors letting the tenant know there keys were in the door. I've moved packages left on the curb and outside the back entrance door to the bldg by delivery driver into the package room. I've found 2 tenants debit cards sticking out the the card slot of vending machines and immediately got the cards to mgmt. Other resident here have good morals and are considerate. Its just the few that make it a travesty for others, the community here & the reviews of the property as a whole.

The building is supposed to be key fob access after hours, and yet, it has become public knowledge the entrance key code to the building, and the building has become a free for all.The exercise room in the basement is free to anyone that enters the building, including the game room. Non residence use the facilities here constantly.. When you complain to the office manager, she does nothing about it and blows you off. I was told if I felt threatened by anyone in the building, to call 911even tho the whole purpose of the key fob entrance was to ensure security after hours.Mail theft is rampant from all mail rooms, even tho there is surveillance cameras, it’s no deterrent, as the local police don’t bother to come, even when notified. No one in the office knows anything about the surveillance system, even tho there’s homeless people gaining access, and dedication in the stair wells..Avoid this place at all costs, you will regret it.Update: THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IGNORE YOUR REQUEST IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE..Have spoken with many of my neighbors who all report that there is a mold problem with this building.. there are black moldSpore all around the a/c heating vent.Maintenance came to replace the filter the other day, but didn’t clean the grill of any of the dust, and ignored the mold.I guess it’s my responsibility to take care of the maintenance as well..Rent prices go up each year, but value for money declines each year.. I will definitely not be renewing my lease..I’ve had it with these people

Great apartments at a great price for the area. Walking distance to everywhere in Scotts Addition. Beth in the office is so great, and was so helpful and responsive for the entire move in process.

do not live here unless you enjoy being woke up at 5-6am every single day because of people throwing around weight at crunch. it echos throughout the whole builiding even shaking my bed a lot of the time. I've contacted crunch multiple times because their guest aren't supposed to be dropping weight until after 10am, not much has ever been done. i don't think i've gotten adequate sleep one night since i've been living here. thank god my lease is about up!!

I've lived here a little over a year now and have never had an issue with the building or staff (maintence, leasing, etc) I usually speak with Crystal since she is the one who I signed the lease with but they are all extremely nice and are willing to do just about anything for anyone. They clean the entire building every single day and they are always doing something to try and improve the aesthetic of the building in some way. I was a health coach/trainer for 6 years and they have the best apartment gym I have ever seen. Best part to me is that you do not ever hear your neighbors unless they are being obnoxiously loud. Overall it is pretty quiet here.
