Parking lot is just way TOO SMALL and a ATM at drive threw would be helpful... Making 2 ATM's available for customers. That would be so thoughtful and VERY HELPFUL!!!! OR, a couple ATMs at other locations would help as well. I chose this bank for convenience and more ATM"s would help solve the inconvenience

My mother and I went to return my deceased uncle's safety deposit box as well as check on his accounts for my other uncle. The moment we walked in Jacob Hess was rude and yelled at my mother in front of everyone as well as bringing his personal matters with my deceased uncle into the fit he had which was highly unprofessional. He does not know the full truth of our family and it is none of his business.I also bank here and will be thinking of moving due to this appaling behavior of a "manager". That is in no way an example of good leadership and makes the branch in general look bad. You may need to rethink your employees.

The manager Jacob at this bank came to my store ordered a ham biscuit an wanted the fat trimmed off an I told him we couldn’t do that an he told us to never come to get change even if we had a personal account. He is very rude a thinks he’s better than everyone else but because he didn’t get what he wanted somewhere he thinks he can take it out on people at the bank.

Made my 1st and last trip to the Richlands bank, upon entering the bank with my 10 year old Granddaughter, I suppose it was the Manager that was into a very heated argument with and man and woman, in the front door of the bank, I walked around them got to the teller to let her know I wanted to open a Checking account, she said they didn't have any available tellers at the moment. The Manager got thru with his argument, then she told him what I wanted, he stated he could not make people suddenly appear. It was plain he was having a bad day, I bid my farewell and NEVER plan on entering that bank again.

They are a horrible bank. They wouldn't accept a cash deposit, that included a deposit slip, without an ID associated with the account.

Anita and staff always make me feel welcome. They great clientele & make us feel recharged. I'm happy to bank here because it's right up the street from my business. It's convenient, they have a waiting lounge and comfortable music playing. In a world where red is discriminated against it redefines the color. Thank you for adding value to my day!

This bank has an envelope-free ATM. If you want to deposit coins, you'll have to take them inside to a teller.
