I would give them 0 stars. This company is horrible I have been trying to get propane already have tank on my property from prev owner schedule multiple appointments to which they don’t show up or call when calling to check I’m lied to about they try to call I have checked my phone and never received a call. I’m now trying to get them to remove the tank on my property

I recently moved to honker va. N have called this company every week for two weeks n now its going on three weeksthey said Monday they'd have someone call me to let me know when they will be here n it's st n no one's called yet again. into the third week

i WOULDN'T not Recommend this company to install a tank for an open field. they put my tanks in back in June i paid the 150.00 for the install only to get the run around getting a technician out here to fill them and do the Pressure test I've stayed home all day long several times only to have no one to show or call me. no when I call after the fact i get told that the tech got sick and had to go home if their tech is that sick then he should go see a doctor. i guess they only have one tech for their company. i know that it's excuses cause they waiting for the cost of the propane to go up before they show up here plus they think i don't have a life i was told that once their tech comes back to work they would call me that very morning and I would be first but again i guess i should just drop doctor appointments to wait on them i can't imagine if they treat me like this how i will get them to come in the winter to fill them up if I run out i guess their tech will be sick again i WANT my install refunded back to me and I find a better company who will actually care about their paying Customers plus i know that they will NEVER Compensate me in any way for wasting my days and time i was warned about this sorry company but i didn't listen what a sorry company do NOT use this company for your propane needs cause they do NOT care about their paying customers plus from the way it looks they only have that one sickly tech i thick it's not that the tech gets sick it's he is just as sorry and lazy as this company can someone tell me how i can get my install refunded back to me and they can come get their tanks they can pick them up when I'm home that's if I don't get sick I'm not HAPPY at all with a company that lies to their customers

I have been trying to schedule an appointment to have a propane tank installed since August. I was given a date in September, then rescheduled to October 13th. I received a call late In the evening on the 13th saying they couldn’t make it. I called today and was told it would be at least the 27th of October. This is only for a fireplace, if this were for my main source of heat I would be completely out of luck at this point. Is this really the company you want to trust whether your home and family have heat or not?
