I’ve rented a storage building apx 6 years there and I’m extremely pleased with the customer service. I’ve never called/visited Mulco and had a bad customer service experience. All the ladies are genuinely nice & welcoming when u contact them no matter the reason . Miss Linda especially has helped me tremendously from day one with any concern/issue, really gone above and beyond any typical employer’s expectations ! I have no worries ever about my business with Mulco for I know I’m in very capable and genuine hands making them a definite ongoing/repeat business for me! That little bit of extra time/concern taken to really know their customer/circumstances to help benefit them, without no gain to the employee, is worth more than I can convey. So yes I’d definitely recommend Mulco Properties to anyone!!
