This shop is great. I hit a deer and almost totaled my truck and they fixed it in no time. They were on point with getting all the parts that I needed and always took the time to give me updates on the progress. I recommend 100%

Im new to the area, headed home late night there was a huge Boulder in the middle of the fast lane! Being at night I didn't see it til it was right in front of me unavoidable I ripped a hole in my transmission and oil pan when all the shops turned the backs on me due to overload if work Billy understood my urgency even with a pile of work he had on his plate he took me in. Nothing like not being from here and stuck on top of jewell ridge with no vehicle .... Billy truly is amazing im so thankful for the service to my vehicle and customer service I had experienced every step of the way...

Do not use this place for anything. Had Jason quote my truck to be painted. He looked at the truck and parts that was being changed and qouted me to paint the whole truck for 6500 cash. I told him before he qouted it that I wanted it right. Then he said if I wanted to run a card or check or get a receipt that it would be $10000. Jason gave me a completion date of two months. I dropped my truck at the agreed start date.April 15 2021. When completion date came they had not started on my truck yet. Then they took two months to prep the truck. Then another two months to paint it. The whole time they never called or kept me updated. The only updates I had was when I drove down to the shop during business hours while Jason was there. Then when they finished the truck they didn’t even have my number to contact me after I gave them my number multiple times. Went to pick up truck after Jason said it was ready. September 17 2021. Had some questions about the paint and was told it was rubbing compound, Waited 60+ days before taking it to factory trained SB3 coating ceramic technician.(The whole time the truck was garage kept). The ceramic guy called twenty minutes after dropping my truck off and said the truck was not painted properly. Went and picked up the truck and took pictures of missing paint / buffer scratches/ sanding scratches. Contacted Jason and billy, brought truck back to them. November 16, 2021. They immediately blamed the ceramic guy. Then blamed me saying I get what I pay for even though they qouted it. After discussing the amount of time for curing/ paint gassing out with PPG representative before having truck ceramic coated and he said 60 plus days was plenty of time. Billy said they would fix it. Left truck on November 16, 2021. Then by March 18th 2022 they had never touched my truck since November. Was told two weeks before that by Jason that it was half way done. I removed the truck from their possession after having to install two batteries due to truck sitting for 5 months. Always two sides to every story but enough identical stories will show the truth.Service: Painting

Wrecked my car from hitting a deer had over seven thousand worth of damage done to it. They had for for 2 months. Everyrime we called them for the grogress they took the time to talk to us about it. When we got our car back they guaranteed us there parts and labor. Have had my car back going on 2 weeks runs good so I do highly recommend them to anyone.
