Richlands Truist bank is the rudest place I've ever been. Amber girl at the window laughed at me because I was in line and wouldn't cash my check because it was 5 o'clock literally laughed at me. Rude stay away from this bank.

Every time I call for help with my account, no one answers! Ever! Same is true for the Bluefield, VA branch as well as the main customer service center. You remain on hold perpetually! Truist is an utter customer service failure, but then it’s the mediocre world we live in.
