Worst people ever!! Been taking my fathers car there since Nov 2021mand have made several trips with no resolve. Always an excuse as to why the repairs are not performed. !st they have the part, then it's the wrong part, then they have the part and it;s again the wrong part. Then they can't find the part, then he is given the wrong part number, orders the part and it's the wrong part again. AT LEAST 8 trips to these buffoons 'and 690.00 dollars later it still isn't fixed! Going down in the morning and getting a warrant in debt against these people. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!UPDATE: Had to take a warrant in debt out on these scam artists for full amount and was awarded it. These slimes have been telling me the ole Check is in the mail line and after a month and a half, still no money. These people are undependable and cannot be trusted. They lie to you constantly and provide the poorest service ever. My next step is I am going to the courthouse and put either a Levy or Lein against these slimesService: Electrical

They don't change you oil, I took my mother car in because she like to use local people. When I change oil in my International commercial truck, I pull the dip stick and the oil is so thin I have to hold it up and let sunshine hit the dip stick it to see it. I pull the dip stick on my mom's car after they change the oil and it's black as my fingers and the car it doesn't have 80k miles yet, on the odometer, my truck has over 300k.I told ma stop going there she didn't listen of course, then I got my uncle to witness it the second time. And now she goes to Walmart.

I had never been to a car garage were the mechanic is so helpful and caring he helped me with a new car I just bought I didn't realize how many problem I had and he spotted them out instantly so I can fix them he he was willing to help me to make sure that I get everything straight 5 stars for Roudstom Auto and again thank you Ms Joe

I came in for an appointment to replace my rear driver side rotor. It took them almost 5 hours to just replace 1 rotor. The used my wheel lock key and never gave it back and I called back and asked about it and they said they used a universal wheel lock key which doesn’t exist. A week after that and now the outer part of the rotor is shredded apart

I love this garage because they are honest and dependable. My 89 year old father recommended them to me a few years ago. I can take my car there for anything from an oil change to a carburetor problem and they'll diagnose your problem, fix it and they are more reasonably priced than the Dealership. The staff are very friendly and honest, it's wheelchair accessible, wifi & tv are free.
