Barbara is absolutely awful. It seems as though she fails to understand how to get out of her truck and leave a package at the bottom of the driveway and cannot communicate without getting loud at the other party. She claims she cannot get out of her vehicle to pass me a box or pass me a box through her window because my Great Pyrenees prefers to stay outside full time, regardless of how many times she has been informed that none of our animals are aggressive. I have told her to just leave them at the bottom of the gravel as it is outside of the dogs electric collar range. It would also be nice if there was a direct number for the place rather than the generic usps line as she is now not even trying to deliver our packages. I hope to get pass the automated voice message soon so I can leave a formal complaint.

The service inside the Reva post office is fantastic! The service to my house on the other hand is horrible! I never had issues until the past few months. The mail route carrier is lazy and has no regard for my mail/packages. I find packages on my retaining wall, outside my garage door, and now I don't get deliveries if they don't fit in my mailbox. I have a large driveway to pull into and turn around but they don't even attempt to deliver the packages. Instead, I get a notification stating undeliverable BEFORE the she goes out on her mail route. It has become frustrating especially hearing a response from the office that "maybe it's too time consuming?" THAT is THEIR Job.

I have never had issues with receiving my mail or dealing with this post office directly. I do have a complaint about the pure disregard and disrespect of property that the mail carrier seems to have. I can't tell you how many times I have found packages in the ditch at the end of my driveway. There is ample space for the carrier to turn around in our driveway at all times, yet NEVER ONCE have they taken the time to be considerate enough to bring my package to my door. It is one thing to place a package at the end of my driveway.... but it's ALWAYS in the ditch. If UPS and Fedex (WITH MUCH LARGER VEHICLES) can make it down our driveway and deliver a package to the door, I'm SURE that USPS can do the same. We have to keep a close eye out when getting the mail just to make sure that nothing was tossed there. We've have packages tossed into the ditch on rainy days as well where the package actually just gets soaked. It has become increasingly irritating and I will be calling to complain as well if I am not responded to via this review. This behavior is completely disrespectful.

The pure laziness of the mail carrier we have is unbelievable. She leaves our packages next to our mail box instead of driving down our driveway that has a HUGE turn around. The pic is what I had to carry from the mail box to my house. I'm recovering from serious knee issues and even if I wasn't it would still tick me off. UPS and Fedex have no issue doing what they are paid to do, but apparently it's just too difficult for USPS.

Car broke down outside of the Post Office/Reva Store and the sweet lady in the post office helped me get permission to leave my car on the lot and make a sign for my car. Kindness shows the world! So happy the employee was willing to lend a helping hand!

I really like going to the Reva Post Office. I always receive quick and excellent service. One of my favorite post offices in the Culpeper area
