The owner Colleen is a true animal lover and as such, takes pride in client satisfaction. We love that she requires the same of her employees, and we would not trust our “fur babies” to any other company.

Your Dog Smiles is absolutely fantastic!! Colleen shares notes and pictures from EACH visit! I was so impressed with the communication she provided. My little guy was so well cared for and I was comfortable leaving him at home. Awesome service!

We were referred to Your Dog Smiles and Colleen from two different friends who had been using her for years and we couldn't be happier! Colleen is consistent, reliable, replies to all of our emails and scheduling requests quickly, and is fantastic with our 3 year old Springer. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

I felt very fortunate to find YDS when we moved to the area. We've used them countless times now to take care of our old kitties while we are away. They've always been good about taking care with their medications and figuring out what the cats would be interested in that day, as with age they are not always interested in play sometimes they just want brushing or cuddles.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else watching Cali when we need pet sitting help! We are so grateful and at ease when she is in the care of Colleen. Cali is service level trained, and Colleen makes sure to know her command words, use them, and give her love all the while. It’s very clear Cali is comfortable and loves her time with Colleen. We get photos and updates on her visits. Which gives us joys and smiles. And when we come home, it’s so super smooth for everyone. ❤️❤️ she’s the best!!

We have had Your Dog Smiles walking our beloved lab for 14 years. We think it’s that daily visit that has really helped him keep in shape and active as an old man dog.Colleen is family and we will never use any service but YDS.

My shy kitties love Your Dog Smiles! I never worry when I’m away and I love getting pictures and video of their excited faces when their sitters come to visit. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and always come home to relaxed cats, clean litter boxes, and neatly stacked mail and packages.

I am so grateful I found Your Dog Smiles. I was so nervous when I had to leave my boy alone for the first time and Colleen made sure he was well cared for when I couldn’t be there. I loved getting the journal after the visits to tell me how he was doing and the pictures of his experiences on his walk & play time (it made my dog mom heart happy to see he was having fun with his sitter). ? recommend and will continue to call on Your Dog Smiles for dog walking & pet sitting!

Colleen is a wonderful human and our pets can tell! They love her to pieces! Whenever we leave them in her care, we know they are being taken care of in the same way we take care of them. She not only gives them all the belly rubs, snuggles and stick throwing they ask for, but she also sends me pics of them on her visits. Our pets are our babies, and it's so comforting to know they are well cared for while we are away.

I met Colleen Flanagan, the owner of Your Dog Smiles, under very unfortunate circumstances. On November 7th, 2020, my dog Chum, opened my car window and jumped out of my car going ~20 mpg. I heard cars honking and knew he had gotten hit by a car. I pulled over immediately and started running towards the stopped cars. A woman called out to me and said "he's alive but he can't walk." That woman was Colleen. She got Chum off the road away from traffic and gently held on to him preventing him from getting hit by another car. She offered to help in any way (whether it was to drive me to the nearest veterinary hospital, back to my own car, or to my house, etc.). I am a veterinarian and have dealt with animal emergencies on a professional level but I was a mess. Colleen risked her own safety to protect my dog and offered care and empathy during a very scary few minutes as I was determining how critical his injuries were. Her actions and kindness were beyond a blessing. Chum had extensive surgery orthopedic surgery the following day and is now back to running around like a madman. While I haven't used her company's services yet, I can't wait to start working with them. I have no doubt that the professionalism and compassion she showed me on November 7th, is something that she offers to all of her clients and their beloved pets.

Have been using their services for couple months already, very happy. Having yard pick up service, they always text before they about to come over. Managament is very responsive, was able to set up everything over the email and online. Price is great!! Would definitely recommend!

I have been both a client and worked as a sitter for YDS for years. The sitters work hard and the managment team does a great job in showing support. It really upsets me when these young kids dont get there way and they retaliate to try to hurt a business. This is a really great crew and they care so much for the clients pets.
