“I liked this particular Banfield better than any previous one. The front staff was super friendly & my apps time was exact. Which I made online 30 minutes prior. The vet tech was so pleasant & gave my puppy a toy to chew on. The veterinarian was kind & compassionate.The downside - I feel no one explained the mi or details well enough. The insurance packet is limited on details of what they cover. Also, I didnt realize the county dog tag wasn't included in the price which was $244 for vaccinations. Super Expensive.”
