I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).

This UPS Store saved me over the weekend! I made the mistake of not being downstairs at my office building when the UPS driver came by. The doors were locked so the package couldn't be delivered. I was able to get ahold of this store and they managed to get me in touch with the driver so I could get it that same day!!! Absolutely saved my company move-in as there was important network equipment inside. Cannot thank John enough. This is probably the best UPS location I have ever dealt with!!!

There needs to be a 6th star. Two Fridays in a row I have had to next day multiple checks to multiple people (1 each). Nothing easy or enjoyable about such a task, yet Jay, John and the team made me feel like I was a VIP while they managed my ask expertly. Customer for life! Thanks

I brought a package to the Plaza America store today that had been mistakenly delivered to our house. I was subjected to a grilling about how I was responsible for paying to ship it back. This store does not take responsibility for UPS items that are incorrectly delivered.

This UPS store has great customer service for the most part, yet the pricing is wildly questionable. I shipped two packages to the same address just days apart and the much larger box cost almost $20 less to ship than the smaller box, mind you, both boxers were over $60 to ship which was mind blowing to me! After reviewing my receipts I saw that there were additional charges for shipping containers (this was accurate as I needed boxes in both cases) yet then additionally 2 other charges for both shipments for shipping supplies and shipping services! They also didn't pack my last shipment while I was there and left me feeling uneasy (but I have been tracking it via the app and also will validate its arrival with my family member of course). All in all I'm not sure I would revisit this location or possibly even use UPS going forward as it felt a bit like I was taken advantage of .

Very convenient drop box for both USPS and UPS. Located completely outdoors with no access constraints. Easy temporary parking on the curb while you drop off your mail.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate John and Nikki.. they have helped me for years and have always made sure I'm taken care of. This is a solid ups with hard workers and I will always give them my business!

I am not sure what kind of operation they are running here, whether this is of their own volition or due to corporate policy, but despite all of the bad experiences I have had with numerous UPS stores across the nation due to their incessant princessant price gouging over peanuts, this takes the absolute cake: I went to print and pick up a PDF file consisting of 5 pages. Pretty normal stuff, right? You would think it would cost a dollar, maybe 2 tops. My bill came out to $3.25, though, largely due to a $2.50 charge for emailing them my document. So on top of having outrageous fees for "computer use", this and/or other locations now try to get money out of you for simply emailing your documents and avoiding using their computer; the main reason of which was simply to get the document, nothing else. This is outrageous and unconsciable. I would advise everyone against patronizing this joke of a business.

I only ever come here to drop off returned items to Amazon but like everyone else says, service is super quick. I will be in and out in under 2minutes. Customer service is also super friendly and nice as well.
