This is my neighborhood UPS store. I have always had a great experience here for all purposes-returning Amazon packages, notarizing documents, and sending off sensitive documents to be apostilled and returned back to me. Everyone that had assisted me there have been very helpful, and on my last visit, Se’maj assisted me and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and reassured me my documents would get to the desired location and back to me safely and handled them carefully. He was also very patient and kind. Great experience all around!

Came in for a notarization due to great reviews. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Both African employees were EXTREMELY passive agressive and rude. At one point, the aftican woman with a bald fade blonde cut was just repeating the words "don't stamp that paper" as if I had some kind of scam to run on UPS. The African guy actually doing the notarization kept going back to a man I'm assuming was the boss at every juncture, almost as if he wanted the man to cosign this weird behavior. He also did not want to notarize my paper. Mind you, this was a plain old I-9 for employment identity verification. No extras, no stacks of paper, just a simple look at my ID and SSA card and verify it's me, and stamp. If it wasn't for the other non African person in the store, I wouldn't have gotten anything. The kicker is I'm black, I have ZERO idea why these africans were so rude, or what I did to them..but I will never return here. I have never felt racism from the same race before, and it was just bizarre and weird. Thank you to the man who basically told the guy to chill out and notarize my 1-9. Shame on the male and female who basically tried to embarrass and profile me immediately. I was never rude and smiled through the passive aggression, but never...ever again. Even my fiance was confused..

This is our neighborhood UPS store, and we use it regularly for many things they can do, including shipping, Amazon returns, and the occasional odd printing/fax job. One of the things that distinguishes ‘our’ UPS store is the professionalism and courtesy of its staff. In particular, many thanks to Kirk and Michael for helping us with a time-sensitive print job for our taxes. They understood our needs and acted upon them with alacrity and good grace, and we commend them to you as wonderful representatives of the company.

Love this store! I had some issues with an Amazon return and Kirk helped me out and got me all squared away. Love the customer service and just over all respect at this store. Simply amazing. Definitely helps give UPS a good name.
