I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was returning some Amazon purchases and I messed up everything there was to mess up, and the guy at this store took care of everything for me including swapping packaging bags to save me money. Then I got home and realized I messed up return labels as well! Went back and the pulled out my packages and fixed that for me in as well. All was done quickly, friendly and professionally. This is beyond great service - this is being treated like family. Thank you!

This is the only UPS store I go to. This is the only store I ship anything out of. I worked with Jay today who embodied great customer service even though I had 6 boxes to ship during a busy hour for them. Thank you Jay.

I want to take the time to personally thank Jay from this UPS location. I needed to ship a big table across the country and Jay was able to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, was incredibly professional and scheduled everything for me. He provided confirmation and even showed me how they packaged the item and assuaged all my concerns. They were able to pick up my table at my home without any issues. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Jay!

I have been coming to this UPS store for years. Sadly, this time I found my experience to be different. I had a shipping label to overnight a laptop and computer bag. Before even attempting to fit the laptop in the box included with the shipping, they said it wouldn’t fit.John (was unhelpful) said I would have to pay $9 to purchase a box with bubble wrap.I asked the clerk that was attending me (not John) to show me the box that was included in the shipping. I was able to slide the computer with bag right in with no problem. Why didn’t they even try it?? It was a terrible customer service experience! So disappointingI was concerned about protecting it further and was charged $2 for a small piece of bubble wrap. Is $2 worth losing a customer?Perhaps upcharging is what the objective was. I left the store feeling bad. To the point that I will think twice about coming back.

OK so I contacted them about shipping some golf clubs and the price was going to be about $60 including packing for UPS ground. My son dropped the clubs off and it’s well over 200 bucks for shipping. I’m trying to call the place and nobody answers the frigging phone. Once again, UPS store, biggest rip off on the planet.
