This is the worst bank branch! They take for ever to understand any basic concept and have horrible managers. Especially the manager on duty today!

I discovered this amazing place after hearing rave reviews about their exceptional service and personalized approach. Intrigued by the positive feedback, I made the decision to open a bank account here. From the moment I stepped in, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, making me feel like a part of their family. Azita, the manager, not only provided me with valuable accounting information but also took the time to open an account for me and honestly soon maybe my entire family. Their genuine dedication to helping customers, rather than solely focusing on sales, truly impressed me. This experience has not only convinced me to remain loyal to this bank but has also motivated me to explore the option of opening multiple accounts with them.

Mai and Josiah and Jobo are awesome !! They are so helpful and anticipate and fix problems before they occur.. Let's face it , banks are all the same EXCEPT for customer service, and the Reston Metro Branch of United Bank is the GOLD standard for customer service ....

Today l had the pleasure of taking care of some banking needs at United Bank, Centennial Park Dr, Reston. I couldn’t have been happier as Josiah opened the front door and waved before l was even out of my vehicle. He was so friendly and helpful. Next l met with Mai Huong, the Vice President. She was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient, volunteering to make extra copies of documents so I’d be sure to have everything I needed. Despite the mask requirements l could tell she was smiling. Since their last review this bank has new personnel and they deserve 5 Stars.

They used to be Cardinal Bank but United is the worst bank and watch your bank statement for charges like cash back cost $2.00. I plan to close my account with this bank for several reasons but I also had a bad experience when my Mom died and thought it was isolated. Guess not.

I wasted an hour of my work day here trying to get a mere cashier check. The teller made several mistakes and ended up having to void the first one, only to make the mistake of messing up my name on the second one but he told me I can still use it. The manager was nice enough and saw me pissed off and waived the bank fees for me. But I still walked off with the check with the wrong name on it. I have been a customer at cardinal bank (now united) for a few years and have loved the customer service they've provided as opposed to big corporate banks. But I do not like this type of service if I'm gonna be here for a while. Definitely going to have to switch banks by the end of the year.
