The providers are excellent but the practice has fallen apart since being bought by Inova. The focus of how the practice is run is now focused on profitability. The staff is so rude, unfortunately to the extent where it compromises patient safety. They make it impossible to actually get in touch with a provider unless you have an appointment. My mom was having symptoms of a blood clot and wanted an ultrasound. The LPN said she couldn’t do a virtual visit and had to be in person and pushed her out two weeks despite my moms potential life threatening condition. My mom couldn’t get in touch with any actual providers. She ended up going to another practice and turns out she had a blood clot. She could’ve died if she waited the two weeks. I’m really disappointed by what has happened to this practice.

The practice has deteriorated a lot since bought by Inova. No one from the front desk would ever pick up the phone, to reduce cost and boost efficiency, they want you to go through the INOVA website for scheduling etc. Also the cost submitted to insurance has increased, what you tell your physician during the general check up with your primary care physician, will be billed by the number of symptoms you mentioned. If it was not for the most loveable and knowledgeable Dr. Dolcich I would have switched to another practice. It is a shame that a used to be wonderful medical practice is now totally controlled and ruined by corporate greed.

I have been coming to this practice for 20+ years. Dr.Dolcich has been my physician throughout. He is thoughtful, compassionate, and caring! He gives his full attention to all of his patients. His personal sacrifice and commitment to us all is second to none! Much love and appreciation to Dr. Dolcich!!

This review is for the practice itself. I have received wonderful care from Dr. Harding and Dr. Tran. I was told that Dr. Harding was retiring. I had thought I would be able to switch to a new primary care physician with the practice. This is not the case, I was told I need to find a new practice as they have chosen not to accommodate Dr. Harding's existing patients.

Long over due but leaving this practice due to their bogus charges and lack of commitment to help the patient. Their RNs are glorified secretaries who will sooner send you on your way rather then try and help you seek a medical solution. They don't care about you and you should not give them your business!

Don't bother calling these guys if you have a fever and you want to get a diagnosis. On the phone, they asked if I have runny nose or coughing, I said yes, and they said I must show proof of negative covid test to be allowed in their office. Wow. Other places don't have this ridiculously inconvenient policy. What else could be waiting for me if I became their patient? Avoid.

We received a bogus charge, supposedly for non-covered vague medical conditions that were "treated" during a fully covered (free) physical exam. Called the billing department multiple times and every time they made a promise that they did not keep. We finally received an overdue invoice that we paid promptly because we don't want to mess up our credit. If you're not going to remove a charge that you cannot adequately explain, say so and save your clients (and yourself) a lot of hassle. Also, be upfront with your patients and ask them to schedule a different appointment if you think that somehow they're getting "treated" for non-physical exam issues.

I've had nothing but great experiences here (Dr Jain) including virtual and in person visits. Communication is always direct and quick which I really appreciate as at other practices I've struggled to communicate with the providers directly.

I've been going to Town Center Family Medicine since moving here in 2008, 15 years ago. Dr. Tran is my PC doctor and he is wonderful and knowledgeable. This review is about the overall practice, especially how quickly can one get care -- which is poor. It is almost impossible to speak to the front desk when I need to schedule a quick appointment. I'm dismayed as how it could be. There needs to be a better way to communicate between doctor and patients.

I’ve been going here since I was around 3, I’m 25 now. I’ve been seeing Dr.Tran since the beginning and he is fantastic, knowledgeable and makes the appointments as quick and breezy as possible while being warm and not at all dismissive. I never have any issues with getting referrals or prescriptions filled with him, he’s the only doctor I feel confident and comfortable with. Even moving over an hour away I refuse to switch to someone closer. The app is easy to use from scheduling an appointment to getting the bill. Sometimes it won’t let me view the receipt all I do is send a message and they get it taken care of for me with quick response time. Any time I’ve had to call in which is rare whoever I speak to is professional and points me in the right direction.

Great new patient visit with Dr. Jain! She was very thorough and took time to answer my numerous questions. The follow up messages in MyChart were very helpful. The check in experience was fine at the front desk. I didn’t notice the kiosk until I was leaving. I’ve used the kiosks at various locations for many years and they are unreliable but the front desk staff didn’t have an issue with me directly checking in with them.

A year wasted with Dr. Jain Geetanjali DNP FNP. Something as simple as a prescription refill for birth control is a problem. This is after she said she would refill my BC shot because I was using an online provider. She has no problem letting your birth control run out, she will not notify you, and she will not refill it. I have visited her office on 3 in person visits, 4 virtual and multiple messages. Every time we talk or meet, she doesn't remember me, never reviews my file before a visit, refers me to other Doctors and has yet to actually treat me herself. It's just a waste of time to feel like you're not being listened to and you are constantly dismissed. Just a bad experience every single time. Wait the extra time to see a real Doctor at a better Office. Your health is not worth her dismissal.

I've sat on this for a few months after I received a many months delayed bill from a one time visit in October 2022. I wish I could give no stars. Provider that I saw was lovely and got me what I needed, but everything before and primarily after, was not worth it. I have been to Inova affiliated providers for many years and while not perfect, it's never been this bad. Between the running late and a very short telehealth appointment that was exorbitantly charged and resulted in an insane out of pocket bill and now seeing other reviews, I hope this prevents another new patient from being trapped by them. How their office chose to charge/code an appointment (confirmed by both Inova billing and my insurance) was the ultimate cause of this turning bad. I contacted their office when I found out about it hoping to rectify what I thought was an error and it just made it worse. While the conversation was not at all confrontational or rude on either side, they were unwilling to adjust how they had billed the appointment despite knowing what they billed did not align with the appointment I had. I appreciate they are a business, but they made it all too clear their interest was in the money from their deceptiveness in what they billed, lack of willingness to rectify overbilling AND not disclosing any of this upfront. I would never go back here even if they had the best doctor. There are so many Inova providers out there, I would avoid this one.
