I stopped by target this morning. They only had one register open with people waiting to be checked out. Several employees were standing around talking. Self check out was not open. Some people have to do their shopping first thing in the morning. Please offer to help us instead of side bar conversations

Target's app may use the wrong card and then Target will charge you a penalty. Target is unethical and in financial trouble. They now do everything they can to squeeze money out of you. Horrible customer service.

Came here for soda Maxine exchange and customer service gave the first customer 3 replacements at $14 each and when I came to counter they were all of a sudden out and I had to pay $30 for a replacement. Seemed unfair one person gets three and I cannot even get one. Very unhappy with manager at customer service on Sunday

The checkout clerks have always been friendly and kind whenever I have shopped here and I have greatly appreciated them. However, when I shop there, it's hard to find an employee on the floor to help me find items I need. If I see one, they're often on their phone or seemingly not interested in helping customers. I feel like I'm inconveniencing them by simply asking for help, even though I ask gently. This evening, I tried calling the store to speak to a manager about an item I purchased. I tried calling various departments, but nobody picked up the phone in any of them. Actually one did pick up (after the phone rang about 20 times), but when I said "hello", he or she hung up.

Like a third world country inside. I'd say it's worth a drive to a further location but all the Targets I've explored within reason of the Reston location are almost or equally as bad.

This location is usually very well stocked despite the amount of traffic it gets. I have never purchased a loaf of bread from this location that has gone moldy in under a week. (Very much not the case with bread from the North Point Giant) and obviously with inflation the prices at this location are just right. Creating pickup orders on the app + looking through the target circle deals that they offer really makes this location a winner for me. The staff that work the pickup / return area are mostly excellent and professional. I appreciate them and the way they keep the pickup area as open as possible to keep it from becoming a mess. Sometimes the self checkout area can get hectic, the line can get long quickly and some willfully ignorant customers obviously compound that by jumping the line. Another note is Dr. Pepper. I used to purchase it from the other store with the blue color scheme. They were notorious for being 75% (or less!) full and barely carbonated. Never encountered this issue with any beverages purchased from this location. Good location. Usually panhandlers near the clothing donation bins, and I have been approached a few times in the parking lot over the last two years.

I had stayed away from this Target for a very long time because of their renovation. I went back recently and could not believe it was still such a huge mess. I used to enjoy Target; they're budget, but also fashion. This was just a mess. Is it poor management? No staff?

Today I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by ARIELLE. Not only was she inexplicably rude, she was condescending and seemingly short tempered. I had a question about the transaction and she immediately struck up an argument with me...over and over again stating that I was in the wrong. She even got slightly aggressive (she slammed down my product and did the same with other items as well: her walk-in etc) Thankfully, her manager (or someone who seemed to be) came over and politely showed her she was incorrect and fixed the issue for me. I asked Arielle if I was all set to go and if the transaction had been worked out and she replied in an extremly loud and agitated tone "I mean YEAH ESSENTIALLY!!!!". It's apparent ARIELLE does not enjoy her job or take pride in her position....the lack of professionalism in her appearance alone, should have told me that.Hoping no more Arielle's are hired in the future. Target has always had such helpful and happy employees....

Five stars for Associate MARY PAT who was working the self checkout Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 9:20pm. She was on her toes and briskly helping everyone before they even asked for it. I could hear people thanking her profusely, which is so rare at any checkout nowadays. She helped me with a price discrepancy so I was one of those people thanking her. With anyone else it may have been a long, drawn out affair. Our short interaction brightened my day. Thank you Mary Pat!

I miss the expanded linen section -- sheets. Although I did not need sheets often, I always looked for sales --was looking yesterday for percale twin sheets. FYI sheets on entrance display had no prices that I could find. I miss PIZZA HUT Express -- I got used to their pasta marinara and would pick up a quick meal when I was out after a long day and tired. Now I surely will miss it when I cannot ask a neighbor when going to TARGET to pick me up a pasta marinara and breadsticks when I am homebound after surgery. :'-( A clerk said they didn't get enough business. I wonder how much business they are getting compared to before they enlarged the store and increased the categories of items but cut back on items within other categories. I would have liked to see a better quality of clothes -- not k-mart cheap fabric. Groceries look better, but I do not shop there for groceries. Florida has huge Targets that are a better model to include grocery store. I miss the smaller store which had everything,-- layout was practical and efficient, but did not try to be the be-all for everyone. I also think some of the department floor layouts might look good on a blueprint but not very functional/eye pleasing to me, seem like an obstacle rather than a focal point. I guess your data supports your business model. Thanks. IMHO

Anytime I've visited this Target, no one greets you, staff is unhelpful and rude to customers and doesn't thank you for your business when you leave. Today I witnesssed a target worker mocking a larger build older lady that was buying ice cream. Joking saying she also likes to binge on candy also. The audacity of walking up to a customer and mocking them, not even knowing if the purchase was for them or someone else. It was soo flagrantly wrong I just stood there and watched in shock for a couple minutes. The poor lady didn't even realize the staffer was marking fun of her and kept looking over to other staffers smiling while degrading the lady. This store employs idiots that actually make fun of customers to their face. I've never seen something so disrespectful. They need to fire anyone that does that. And it's not the first time I've witnessed that. If I could give -5 I would. Stay away from this store! They are rude! Mock customers and the store never has anything I need. Things are always out of stock.

The entry level team members are amazing but all the managers are TERRIBLE!!!!! Zack, the front end manager, literally screams, and curses at his employees over the walkies and makes it very uncomfortable to shop in his store. I feel bad for anyone that has to work or shop at this location because target is usually a very nice place to shop but this location is probably the worst store I have EVER been too. The store feels like a very stressful environment, and most of the managers I had to deal with felt annoyed and bothered when I asked to price match an item. This store in VERY unprofessional and verbal abuses their employees, and is rude to customers. If I could give this store negative stars I would and if there is a corporate number to call I would but nobody would give it to me at the when I asked. This store is shady, unprofessional, and all around a terrible place to shop. Target: expect less, pay more

Love this target. Great customer service, produce section, store cleanliness, etc. I've ordered online pickup via car and also have had no problems with that.
