Was there this morning and was struck by how inviting the layout of the store is. Beth and Kristin were welcoming and made good suggestions to help me while I was shopping. I have been a long time Talbots shopper, and I think this is my favorite store.

My mom shops there all the time and she loves it. The staff is so friendly. The reason I'm writing this review today is because my mom just received the sweetest card from Talbots, they really went out of their way to make her smile today. We appreciate your kindness!

Like this location but this location is closed by 5 PM , not 6:00 PM. I went there today on 02/23. By 5:30 pm the store was closed at 5:00 pm I believe as they put the timing sticker on the door.

I love this Talbot's location! Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to know me and my clothing preferences. I have even had them set up several styling appointments to help me with building a few outfits for work and vacation.

Talbots is a wonderful store with quality items. This location is too small and it has paid parking which is discouraging.

Outstanding staff. I was looking for a sweater that the store didn't have. Without even my asking, a staff member immediately got on the phone and called a store to see if they had the sweater and if they could ship to me. WOW! She told me that I could head back to work and she would just call me with the details should they have the sweater. I have never had such good service. Talbots - I love you and love your clothes. I think I"ve bought 25 pieces just this winter alone. Thanks - Jackie.

Staff was very helpful to my wife and stayed with her to help her get the right outfit put together. Reston Town Center is really nice.
