I went in there to get my phone fixed and pay my bill. And the black guy with the beard ignored me. He skipped over me.And skipped over me again. And the other guy waited on me. I told him about what he had done. And he's he told the guy and the guy just shut it off bad business. The customers in there knew that too.

Terrible serviceIf you have a samsung flip phone that succumbs to the black screen issue don't go here. Warranty and TMobile three times told me I should be able to pick up the phone that was sent under warranty from them. I go and they refuse to give me the phone that is there with my name on it. Pick another store to do your warranty exchange with.

Clean store with a fair number of employees , we must have waited 15 minutes but the service was quite decent.

Was all ready to buy Apple Watch with new cell phone service but the hellish screamy depression pop music was so invasive and it wasn’t possible to turn it off or put on some non-vocal music to go over the sales details without screaming in background. I left and will go to the Apple Store and not get cell service for the watch. That made it easy to decide if I wanted cell service for the watch.

Great service! I almost bought a totally upsold phone from one sales tech, but had to come back the next day (because they don't do data transfers after 830p because they can take several hours to complete) and really lucked out with the second sales tech. Instead, they recommended a cheaper phone (by a few hundred dollars!) with the exact functionality I needed, nothing I wouldn't use. This type of honesty and no upselling will keep me coming back to this store. Great selection of Android phones, comparatively small section for Apple phones, and a pretty good collection of phone accessories, such as the amazing, indestructible Otterbox skins.

The workers here are total scumbags. You will wait for a long time before anyone acknowledges you. Once they do, they misquote policy and refuse to help. I called T-mobile right after and got accurate policy, which unfortunately doesn't help my situation, but nonetheless I am deeply offended by the total lack of customer service. T-mobile used to be known for its customer service, but there is none at this store.

Been here several times. First time experience was fast and easy all they had to do was give me a SIM card packet (from Sprint to Tmobile) and I would do the rest. Thats the reason Im leaving two stars not one...but read on. The last couple times for some minor accessory purchases and simple account stuff was meh. You don't feel like you're getting service and care if that makes sense. Now for the unethical stuff. Dude had to take care of something on one of our phones and I come to find out they enabled and enrolled some sort of protection care at close to 20 bucks a month. Seriously? Corporate needs to monitor this store carefully, that's fraud.

Bad experience since they not able to empathize or either been willing to help looking on deals to upgrade phones if you still on Sprint mobile. No more comments.

Stay away from this litteral hole in a wall.For 45 minutes my wife and I waited to be attended to. During this whole time we were not even as much as acknowledged. One of the workers who was helping a larger family was more interested in the football game that was on the screen in the lobby rather than working to get the family moving and get to the next group of people.From observation there was only two employees working the storefront. While there was a manager sitting in the back. It was observed by both my wife and I would had been standing near the managers door,( This is where the Samsung Galaxy that I was looking at was located.) The teammates had asked the manager to come out and help because there were customers leaving the store due to the long wait. By this time three sets of customers had left. Behind me there were three other individuals waiting. Once we hit the 50 minute mark of not being acknowledged, we too decided to leave.The location is absolutely tiny. They're displays, and customer facing accommodations are extremely worn and show lack of cleaning.There's a reason why brick and mortar stores like this are failing. This one for instance is failing due to horrible leadership.Should have followed my instinct and just ordered the products online like I originally intended. Which is certainly a much less stressful environment. And likely a much faster turnaround.Tldr; Dirty,unkept location, understaffed, unprofessional severely lacking management.
