This place helped me to pin point some red flags about the car that I was buying after doing pre-sale inspection. The mechanics here are very friendly and willing to help if you don’t have much experience with cars. I had very pleasant experience communicating with Zach and highly valued his friendly and understanding personality.

Omar was incredibly helpful and upfront with me about the work that needed to be done on my car, including the reality that I might need to look into getting a new car soon. He's very nice and was willing to help me with multiple service quotes, which I really appreciated. I plan on coming back here for any future services I need!

Never bring your car here. Takes forever for an inspection. Expect to waste at least 4+ hours for an inspection.

My first experience at Sunset Hills was fairly smooth and painless. My pilot failed inspection at the local gas station for bad rear shocks. I called around and Sunset Hills had the best estimate. Early afternoon I dropped it off and took the shuttle home. Then the next morning I received a text that it was done, called them up and they sent the shuttle to pick me up. The repair was done and I got new inspection sticker from them as well. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting Sunset Hills Automotive for two years. I take my cars for routine maintenance and for other repairs to Sunset Hills Automatic. Kevin, at the front office is an amazing person, he is always courteous, helpful and cooperative besides being friendly and with a big smile on his face all the time. A person with positive vibes and he is always try his best to accommodate his valued customers as much as he can. He truly knows the importance of Customer Service unlike his colleague Omar. Omar is right opposite of Kevin, to the extent that he seems not a right fit for this job of dealing with valued customers. Omar is not courteous neither helpful nor cooperative with the customers. In fact he is bit rude and totally non cooperative with clients. He has absolutely no concept of Customer Service. Kevin is an asset for his company and Omar a total liability. He should take training from Kevin about Good Customer Service else he will bring disrepute to the Sunset Hills Automotive. Omar is rather more suitable for security guard job.
I have given 4 star and it’s only because of Kevin’s positive attitude. Keep it up, Kevin. I idid’t give 5 start because of Omar.
In reply to Owner’s response. I Disagree with owner’s response that everyone at front dest provide great service to ist customers. That’s not true. Not everyone at front desk provides the same level of Customer Service to its valued customers and that’s the fact, whether the owner admits the truth or not. It’s for the betterment of Sunset Hills Automotive to take notice of the reviews by valued customers clients. And address these issues accordingly , That will not only improve the rating of your business but the quality of service hence owner will get more business and more satisfy & happy customers. Omar at front desk needs proper training in dealing with valued customers and providing best customer service. He has absolutely no concept of customer service. I will be more than Happy dealing with Kevin, an excellent person but ofcourse not with Omar. Thanks

Would recommend! They just saved me $1500 worth of unnecessary service that was quoted by a car dealership. They checked out my car and told me it was totally fine. Thanks Wayne!

I am extremely satisfied with this shop's work, honesty and customer service. My transmission was leaking, and I had initially taken it to Wiygul down the street . Wiygul quoted me $1900 for things I was sure didn't need to be done, so I went to Sunset Hills Automotive for a second opinion. Sunset Hills listened to my concerns and was thorough in taking care of my vehicle without selling me anything I didn't need. Sunset Hills quoted $900 for the fix, and the technician Kevin was helpful and communicative throughout the process. I'm very impressed with them and my vehicle is running great now. I highly recommend for their honesty and service; I will absolutely continue trusting them with my automotive needs in the future. Thank you guys for your quality work and saving me over $1000!
