The return policy is not stated on the receipt. They changed the return policy to 14 days! Who has time to run back to a store within 14 days if you change your mind? Tags on and all, and they still wouldn't take back the merchandise. Overpriced, and now no decent customer consideration.

Cute stuff. No one greeted me or spoke to me. I went to kill some time before meeting a friend nearby for dinner. It was full of young ladies, probably 17-20 years old. One said she really liked a coat and her friend said it looked like something a 30 year old would wear I'm 37 but wasn't offended. It was a cute coat!

Very racist experience. I walk in and no one said a word. Fine, professionalism isn’t your thing. I than pick up about 4 items to try on, no one asks if I needed a fitting room. Fine. Than a young white woman walks in and the staff member completely changed. She was welcoming to this white customer starting conversation.However, I, a black woman can’t get the same respect even after showing interest in their cheap, old fashions trying to support a small business. NEVER shopping here again. Take your business to Anthropologie, j crew or lulu

If you’re looking for a quality experience/engagement with the employees, this is NOT your place. I was in the store for 30+ minutes and out of all 4/5 girls working, not ONE of them said hello or even acknowledged me. When I checked out, the girl seemed extremely irritated and threw my credit card on the counter after swiping it. I felt as if I was doing them an inconvenience and they made it very obvious.

Caveat emptor folks. Customer satisfaction clearly not part of the corporate mission. Bought a shirt as clearance item. Tried to return it within the same hour (poor fit) and was told that corporate changed the policy recently and they were not allowed to refund the item. Nowhere in the store was this policy described so consumers could have the information before the sale. Not blaming the asst manager who was clearly concerned about losing her job. Awful.

I've been shopping at South Moon Under since 2001 -- and I used to really love it! It was super stylish and fun and carried trendy, cute pieces from brands you couldn't always easily find elsewhere. I went in today and I learned from the salesperson that the store generally does not stock anything larger than a size large. I'm 5'10 and was hoping to find a slightly roomier version of the coat that I had tried on and liked. (I found out later through a quick online search of literally just the brand's name that the coat is currently available in larger sizes at other retailers in four separate colors.) I'm surprised by management's decision to not be size-inclusive. Really, not a single XL anywhere in your store? It's out of touch and not a decision or organization I want to support with my money. As much as I like to shop small businesses, I don't want to shop small-minded ones. I'd much rather take my clothing budget to Aerie or Fenty, both of which are known for inclusivity -- or even across the street to J Crew or Anthropologie, which both carry a broader range of sizes.

the sales associate was SO rude. we asked about a job and she looked us up and down, started walking away, and then said that she didn’t have an application to give us. she instead rolled her eyes and barely answered when we asked if it was online. nice atmosphere, but ridiculously overpriced and super rude employees. they were all standing in a circle giggling and like telling secrets. didn’t even look our way out greet us.

Went shopping for my wife’s birthday on Easter Sunday. I don’t know much about women’s clothing but Lindsay was really helpful and took her time in explaining things and boxing up her gifts.
