i've been coming to this location for years. The store is never crazy busy so it's nice to shop in peace and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help find what you're looking for. The only sephora location i like to go to.

Wow haven't been to this store in a few years. Was really quite messy. Tons of missing displays and missing products, several empty shelves, missing empty perfume samples. Staff were super friendly but the place really needs some care and clean up.

I was overcharged for my items, the staff was careless and unhelpful. I visited the store to buy several item and was charger for an additional item I did not receive. I called for help and got a rude unhelpful response. By looking at the sales receipts, inventory or cameras the store could confirm this mistake on their end, apologize and correct it.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening. Akira assisted my patiently finding the right shade of lipstick. Cashiers were attentive and process was fast. Definitely a pleasant experience.

Walked in here with a pocket full of cash that I wanted to spend. The store had three workers busily assisting each other with gossip. I asked for a particular bronzer, they said they didn't carry it in store, I would have to order it online and went back to their gossip. My daughter and I browsed for over a half hour, no one asked if they could help us. She got her free birthday gift and I left with my pocket full of cash to spend elsewhere. It was a very cheap lesson to shop elsewhere.

We visited this location on Christmas Eve and had to park in the garage a couple of blocks away.The store was busy, but you could easily find someone to help.4/5 because you had to ask for help versus it being offered.Also, I understand it was a busy season, but the associates were scrambling to find different items in the drawers as if they maybe once were organized but not anymore.There were so many people inside that we often had to wait to view/smell the perfumes that we were looking at, and you could barely turn around.

IMO this is the best Sephora in the area. Tyson’s has more product availability but Reston is where I go or call for comfortable shopping and customer service. I’m always happy making a stop at this store!
