Can’t say enough good things about OTF Reston! It’s become my home away from home. The coaches, the community, the workout are all amazing. The coaches put so much time, effort, and genuine care into making the studio the best environment it can be! Between the creative events and competitions they bring to life, the themed and live DJ classes, and just their friendly faces day in-and-out, they’ve cultivated a truly special community, which can’t be said for every fitness studio. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been a member for over 5 years and cannot think of any other place that I’d rather work out. The staff and coaches are super friendly and encouraging, they make everyone feel welcome. Before OTF, I had no idea how to work out properly, but I’ve learned so much since joining. Best decision I’ve made!

My wife and I started going to OTF in September with the intention of only staying for a month. Almost 5 months later and we’re still here! We love it so much! Usually there is some level of timidness and uncertainty with joining a new gym, but the staff, coaches, and other gym goers are so friendly and welcoming. I can understand that it can be a pricey gym membership, but it is certainly worth it!

I love everything about OTF! I have finally found a workout that I enjoy going to ...it's different every day, the coaches are very encouraging and the staff is very friendly. I truly look forward to attending classes!

Incorporating Orangetheory into my exercise regimen has been a game changer for my overall health. It's a program I keep coming back to for speed work, building power and explosiveness, and for using an exercise machine I now love, the water rower. The Reston staff are always friendly and helpful in person or on the phone. All of the coaches are organized, lively, and quick to assist with form on the weight floor when wanted or needed.

OTF Reston’s coaches and staff have been wonderful. The team really works to create a community in the studio. The coaches meet you where you are and bring great energy to each workout. I appreciate that they check on your form on the weight floor too :) Thanks, y’all!

I love this studio! Management is great and the coaches are fantastic. As far as the workout, you get out of it what you put into it, but the environment and coaches encourage you to give your all. For any former athletes who miss competition, this is a great way to scratch the itch. Give Coach Melissa’s class a shot if you get the chance!

I really enjoy coming to workout here. Classes are well designed and easy to follow. I’ve taken classes with several coaches and each of them take the time to help me fix my form or adjust my workout as necessary. Absolutely recommend coming here!

Orangetheory Reston is amazing! Head coach Melissa and studio manager Kira are always so friendly and willing to work with you through your fitness journey, and the other coaches are incredibly helpful and supportive too. It's the only time in my life I've actually liked anything fitness related!

OTF Reston offers exactly what I need - varied workouts with an enthusiastic staff and just as dedicated members that show up to work hard. I’ve taken classes with Melissa, Amy and Kira and can safely say that they are all amazing! I walked into this location in late Spring with goals and they all hold me accountable. Thank you for the results so far and look forward to more challenges! Sure I make off-hand comments in class but clearly I’m a glutton for punishment because I keep returning during my lunch break ?
