Literally best customer service ever. Was skeptical about buying a 18k pure gold chain and got the best help and service here…she tested the chain for us and kept it 100% honest even in front of the seller and literally saved me almost $1k!We are thankful for the service provided.

I dropped off a Swiss Army Knife for engraving. Not only did it take forever but the engraving was crooked. She took off $20 but would not do anything else. Will never go back. Imo when you make a mistake you offer to correct it.

I found this jeweler through an online search, and should have taken the reviews more seriously. I dropped off three items for engraving, and was told they would be ready in a week. I was also told I would receive a text when the engravings were done. The deadline came and went, so I called the next day. I was given some excuse about being caught up in an estate sale and told they would do the engraving right away. When I picked up the engravings, they inscriptions were not centered and on of them was even crooked. These engravings were for a very special occasion happening the following day, so there was no time to repurchase the material that was engraved. Hopefully my lesson learned will help others.

Purchased numerous items and watch repair. After significant delays, excuses and inconsistencies in Maggie’s claims, it was determined that she could not be trusted and $2,344 of items she had not yet delivered was cancelled. She refused to provide a refund claiming a 10 day return policy (despite never having delivered the items). A dispute was submitted to Amex and funds returned, but Maggie then falsely claimed we refused to pick up the items and reversed Amex’s decision (despite Maggie confirming that said items were not available the day we cancelled). We now also realize that she charged over $2,000 for about ~$300 worth of 14k gold.

They won't size you without you purchasing something. They mentioned something about that being a "technicality". I would not trust this place to have your best interest at heart. Would give a 0, but I can't because of a "technicality"
