The worst place to do business with , I was there a month a go the lady don’t even know what she was doing and after 2 I called 10 time instead of an answer they put me on hold and then hang up. This place is so unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.

Customer service was outstanding. Staff are very pleasant professional and happy people. The facility is clean and has lots of inventory. Dr Vincent is one of the best eye drs that I have encounter.

I recently visited the Reston facility for a regular eye checkup. Following the examination, I found that my glasses were in perfect condition and didn't need replacement. However, the salesperson suggested that I could simply replace the lenses since my frame was in perfect condition. So, I decided to order lenses for use with my existing frame.On the pickup day, I handed over my frame to have the older lenses replaced. After 15 minutes, I received my glasses. The first thing I noticed was that my frame now felt very loose and unstable. I inquired with the salesperson, but no luck.This wasn't the first time they had worked on my glasses like this; however, this time, they didn't break it.Despite informing the salesperson, the issue remained unaddressed, leaving me frustrated and questioning their service standards.This incident mirrors a similar experience last year where they mishandled my glasses. Unfortunately, this time, their negligence hasn't resulted in outright breakage, but still leaves me with unusable glasses.I am deeply disappointed by this repeated pattern of poor service and the lack of attention to detail, especially considering my previous experience.

The doctor was very nice, but a bit of a high pressure sales experience afterward, and very high priced contacts. They also made a mistake with my order, and it was a fiasco to try to fix it. Probably good to get the eye exam here and then buy the contacts or glasses online.

Dr. Kao rushed through the appointment due to the fact my appointment was at 6PM - block your schedule if you do not want to have appointments late in the day - it's that simple. She prescribed me the incorrect brand after I was clear that I liked the brand I have used in the past and did not want to change, I received my order and realized it was wrong then because the salesperson did not discuss anything about my order/what i was ordering and now I have no contacts and have to return to this place and still give them business since they already charged my insurance. I do appreciate the receptionist being understanding of my frustration and offering a week of supply but I had better customer service years prior at MyEyeDr Chantilly.

This has been the worst experience of my LIFE dealing with Drs, technicians and any related person in this process. Had to visit the Dr twice and be seen by a senior Dr to make sure I have the right measurements. I’m still waiting on my glasses and I needed to change them 3 times over the past 2 months! This is insane! Stay away they are the worst

I’ve been going to MyEyeDr in Reston for over 15 years and all the optometrists have been great. I have been seeing Dr. B for years and couldn’t be happier.The real reason I’m writing this review is to praise the service provided by Tina since I started at the Reston MyEyeDr. She has always provided excellent customer service and advice regarding eyeglasses, sunglasses, eye care, insurance, etc. Over the years she has helped me pick out new glasses and I’ve loved them all. I’m always receiving compliments on whatever frame I end up with thanks to her. She keeps me in style. ?. She also listens and helps me to stay within my budget.I would highly recommend MyEyeDr in Reston and especially Tina. I hope you’re fortunate enough to have her help you with your eye care needs.You can’t go wrong with Tina. She’s an awesome caring individual.

Very friendly staff ! They explained all my insurance benefits and communicated very well with me as I was waiting for my daughters glasses . Highly recommended practice.

Doctor's are nice and front desk was good. Customer service person was rude. The person, a man, argued with me about my order, raised his voice and appeared to think intimidation was appropriate. It is not. Also, store doesn't have a good selection of frames. All the frames were generic dimensions; essentially the midling boxy or oval same shape - no truly narrow/wide and no round for example.
