I used Midtown Jewelers for the first time this week to have an old family bracelet fixed. I needed to replace the original clasping mechanism. The staff was so kind and helpful, letting me test out a few new clasps to see what worked best before settling on the easiest to use option. Now, this wasn't the most expensive option, either, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything, either. They affixed the new clasp within a day and cleaned the bracelet, too. I am very pleased with the quality of service, both in terms of the work done and the customer support I received. And now I can wear my family jewelry again! I would recommend this shop.

The entire team at Midtown Jewelers is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable! I brought them my wedding band and engagement ring to be soldered together and the results exceeded my expectation! The service was done quickly and at a fair price. The team at Midtown is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I have visited them for a few years for all of my jewelry needs - watch repair, mounting a new stone to an existing band, bracelet repair, etc - and they always do a great job at reasonable prices. Could not recommend more strongly!

Vijay and Midtown Jewelers are as good as they come! I was given plenty of options on engagement ring settings and diamonds with different price points and could tell he worked hard to get me the best deal. Most importantly, Vijay knew I had a short deadline and he made it happen! I highly recommend Vijay and Midtown!

I have recently moved here from out of state and needed to find somewhere to have several jewelry appraisals completed for my insurance company and have two rings sized. I met with Vijay Popat at Midtown Jewelers who was absolutely amazing!!! He was very patient giving me plenty of time while answering all my questions and explaining what would be completed and how long it would take. The appraisals I needed for my insurance company were thorough and very detailed. The two rings that I had sized are perfect and look brilliant after they cleaned them!!! I love working with Vijay as he is always nice, and welcoming!! I’m so glad I’ve found Midtown Jewelers for all my jewelry needs.
