Our experience with Ms. Johnson was exactly what we'd hope for. As this was our first purchase in the Northern VA market, Ms Johnson in her very personable and comforting manner, provided us with sound, strategic advice. Though we were her client, she embraced us as family and provided customer service above and beyond the call of duty (even left a pale of household products as a closing gift!). She was highly attentive to details, frequently communicated with us through the process, and even went out of her way to attend to matters on the property on our behalf as we were pursuing this purchase while residing an hour away in Maryland. Additionally, Ms. Johnson's assistance was invaluable during both the inspection and closing process. We highly recommend her services! Moving forward, it will be difficult for us to consider buying or selling any other property without her!
