Never shopped at L’Occitane before and decided to check it out. Very nice store (Reston Town Center is a super nice area!) What I liked the most is that you can make your own gift sets and they will box and gift wrap anything for you at no extra cost. Of course the products are not cheap, but there is a good variety of products, I spent less than $35 on a small gift.The lady on staff was super helpful, boxed and wrapped everything, provided a discount and gave me a couple samples. Would definitely go back, and on my list for holiday gifts.

Thank you to Noushin for the excellent customer service. She helped me with a return and getting something in exchange.I appreciate how friendly the staff are to me no matter how dressed up or dressed down I am when I come in (this is not always the case in retail!).Every time I come in here they are so kind and give great samples and wrapping. The quality of products and the special in-store experience makes the premium price worthwhile.

The atmosphere was more than welcoming! Teresa was genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable as well as helpful which made a great first impression for me with the brand as a whole. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure I got products I was happy about, able to travel easily with, and didn’t put any uncomfortable pressure on me to buy anything. I will definitely be back!!

Terrible customer service, she treated my wife terribly. We were in the store and were ready to check out. Other customers came in and she abandoned us for 15 minutes and treated them completely different than us. She offered them tons of samples and didn't offer us any. In addition she offered them 20% off. We left and will never return due to unfair socioeconomic profiling. The ladies that came in were head to toe gucci and we were not.
