Have had my hair cut and colored here for years as well as full Keratin treatments. Tien and Michelle are my go to experts. They are fast, knowledgeable, and terrific at what they do. Highly recommend them and this spa for hair services.

As every woman knows, a great stylist is hard to find. Fortunately, I found master stylist Patrizia S. Mccrosson, who has been styling my ever-changing hair since 2010.When Patrizia moved to Life Spa at Lifetime in Reston, I followed her there because she is simply the best. As a former political reporter, I often did on-air commentary, and it was important for my hair to look professional and stylish. There were times when I had to call Patrizia at the last minute, but she always made herself available, and miraculously managed to make my over-processed hair look smooth & bouncy.In the past 15 years, she has styled, cut, colored & highlighted my difficult hair through various style changes, and she is always patient with my ideas, giving me expert advice on new styles, colors & treatments. There were times — usually during a business trip or vacation — when I would stupidly decide my hair needed blond highlights or my bangs needed a trim. Fortunately, Patrizia always found a way to fix my bad hair experiments. (Patience is definitely one of her virtues…)In the past 5 years, my daughter Elle, who is now a high school senior, has also gone to Patrizia for color, extensions & various styles for formal events. Elle doesn’t hesitate to ask Patrizia for advice, and Patrizia is always responsive to my daughter’s questions & ideas.I can’t thank her enough for all the times she’s been there — for me and my daughter — when we want to look our best!

I have impossible hair, curly, thick and frizzy. People say that it is beautiful, but it's hard to manage. Enter stage left Thein and Michelle. They formerly worked at the Red Door and are two fantastic hair stylists. I go to Thein for beautiful color and Michelle for a precision cut. I almost hate to tell anyone about them because they are that good!Services: Hairstyling

Have been using the services of Tien and Michelle who work here for years. Tien is an expert colorist and Michelle is equally great at hair cuts and style and keratin treatments. Salon is inside a very upscale fitness center and pool. There is a cafe across the lobby.

This place was by far the best hair salon I've been to. My hair designer Michelle was super friendly and professional. I had no problem discussing with her about my style and she was on point with my hair cut. I also had my hair color done by Tien and I just love my color. Both of them are best and I would highly recommend trying this place out! Also you can go straight to workout!

The LifeSpa at Reston location exceeds all expectations. All staff are very nice and professional. I go to this place for haircut and color. Michelle (Haircut) and Tien (Color) are awesome and very skilled at what they do. I strongly recommend this place if you live in Tyson/Reston area.

Great gym and great staff...but definitely over priced in my opinion. And seriously how do you justify charging normal full price when your 24 hour facility is only open til 10 pm? Just saying...just bc you can doesn’t mean you should.

forcing people to wear masks when walking in to workout is absolutely absurd. canceling memberships because of this just is not acceptable and not a place id support.
