We love this area! Although more shade and a softer kids playground would be helpful, it is a lovely kid-friendly space, to spend the day and explore new territory.

I have been going here since I first arrived in Reston with my awesome dad way back in 1975. This shopping plaza has been thru its ups and downs over the years. There is a wide variety of interesting shops and cafes that are worth going to. From May to December there is a farmer's market where fruit, vegetables, and baked goods are sold. There are 2 awesome Capital bike-share rental stations that there are conveniently nearby. This area is served by the Fairfax connector bus line.

I enjoyed the Pride festival with my dog and my Quaker Friends. This is a nice plaza! I invited my friend and her daughter to come too. They had never been here before. The loved discovering the boats and the used book store and the atmosphere. Such a nice time. So glad this plaza does super fun events like this!
