I see Stephanie Roberts at this salon for my hair color, cut and blow dry. Stephanie is super talented, her color service is always on point, she gives smooth and sleek blow outs that lasts me for 3-4 days. I have very coarse hair and they look lovely every time I use her services. The salon is super clean and they are always on time, which for a working mom like me is very important. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding hair salon.

My friend recommended me to the owner Stephanie (there are 3 Stephanies here :) when I was was having a “hair EMERGENCY”! I was in desperate need of color correction. My hair had previously been over processed by another salon with products that were too harsh for my hair. Stephanie is the most experienced stylist I have ever seen and extremely knowledgeable about color and chemicals. I went to Stephanie Roberts in hopes of going completely blonde for the spring and she did just that! I came in with a deep copper tone and she lifted my color beautifully and took very good care of my hair. I am so please with the results and i recommend this business to everyone. I came across SLS Studios while doing some research on Google Maps. This was my 4th salon to try while in the DMV area and can say I have finally found my “salon home”. The staff was welcoming and friendly! Stephanie was very thorough during my service which I appreciated especially during the processing time. The salon has a clean airy feeling. Amazing salon/experience!! My hair was destroyed by another local salon and SLS came highly recommended for rehab. I first got a cut by Stephanie (incredible!) and then got a color (just as incredible!) several months later, following her advice. Stephanie is a true professional and I knew I could trust her skill, knowledge and experience after she assessed my damaged hair. Loved sitting in her chair! The salon itself is so personable, friendly and is a must for anyone looking for beautiful cuts/color!! Highly recommend!!!

SLS is top notch, checking all my required boxes. The new studio is sleek and efficient with easy access and ample parking. From the moment I enter, I’m greeted with a smile and assistance getting settled with whatever I need. The music isn’t too loud or obnoxious. The entire team is adept at servicing clients. The shampoo team is careful to not spray water in my face or ears and I always get a great scalp massage. The best is Stephanie who is an expert with color. She’s a great listener and works with me to get the desired outcome with not just color but cut and style. She does it all. I like not being passed off to others to finish the job. And she never keeps me waiting. Prices are reasonable and the product lines are high quality. Added bonus is they are attached to a Pure Med Spa. So convenient to make appts at both in advance to really pamper yourself. Can’t say enough good things about SLS.Services: Haircut

Seriously the BEST!!! Came in with damaged hair and they had a plan to get my hair healthy. They have amazing products and service. I also bought the recommended hair products, and love them! I actually enjoy doing my hair now. Even bought their amazing hairdryer and curling iron to help keep my hair healthy yet fun! Thanks SLS!!

This place is absolutely hands down one of the colorists in the area and dare say country. Absolutely professional, these ladies know their stuff. Beautiful balayage with breaking the bank (although for the work they do I would pay double) and breaking my hair :)I would give it a 10 star if I could.
